My son got expired and he had a car on his name,now how can we get that car transferred on my name,who should be legally owner after death,my son was married also.

Hello Sir; My cousin sister had been in a relationship with a guy by almost one year. Now we found out that he is married with two kids. But he is showing us the following attached agreement papers and saying he is divorce and he is not staying with his wife anymore. But i still have doubt that those paper are not for divorce paper. Could you please help me to clarify about this paper. What is that paper about? And is he still lying on us? Please help me sir.

An SLP(Civil)(D) was filed by my counsel in the Supreme Court in 2009 within time. Unfortunately it was not refiled for 6 years due to my advocate's negligence and the application for condonation of delay in refiling the SLP filed in Feb-2015 was dismissed in chambers by Supreme Court. I changed my lawyer and filed a review petition stating that the SLP was not refiled within time on account of my advocate's negligence. About 25 letters/emails made with my counsel were produced to show that I was diligent in prosecuting the SLP. Application for oral hearing of the review petition was rejected and the review petition was also dismissed.
Whether Review Appeal could be filed against dismissal of the review petition and whether my Counsel will have the opportunity of oral hearing in the said Review Appeal? In short, my SLP was not heard on merits and was dismissed in chambers even before it could be listed for grant of leave in open court.Kindly help and clarify.

Dear Experts;
I want to know about how the divorce papers look like for an Christian citizen in India.. I have some files and the guy saying that it shows they are divorce but I am doubt on it. Because there is no divorce word mentioned anywhere on that agreement paper..could you please clear my doubt.

Hi,
I bought a property from Owner (Still alive) and sale deed was registered in sub registrar office by himself sold to me.
The Owner's wife and 2 daughters also signed as consenting witness in sale deed.
Also Owners/Seller PAN number was mentioned in sale deed.
But consenting witnesses ID proof is not mentioned in sale deed. Only Photo, Thumb impression and Signature was captured in sale deed.
My question: Is this enough or do we need ID proof also to be mentioned in sale Deed of consenting witnesses ? (We can create correction deed if needed)
Please advice

the land lord file the RCOP for eviction of tenant for willful default.the tenant hasbeen deposited rent regularly with authorised authority. During the case the landlord file a permission petition withdraw the deposited rent.
In this case
the running RCOP vakkalat is different advocate and other advocate filed the vakkalat with permission petition the signature ofthe landlord has different in two vakkalat,
what is the legal provision for challanging the different signatures

Dear sirs,
I have filed a writ petiton to remove an encroachment in front of my building shops which is pending.(municipality & 6 encroachers as respondents).
After 3 months of time i have filed another writ petition(PIL) in the name of my wife(not disclosed as my wife in affidavit)seeking to remove the encroachment in the particular public pathway.And finally i got direction order from court.
Through the order the municipality has evicted the encroachments.After one day of eviction,the 6 encroachers have filed a new writ petition and got interim stay for 3 weeks against municipality.In their affidavit they have mentioned "PENDING OF THE 1ST WRIT PETITION,ANOTHER WRIT PETITION WAS FILED SEEKING THE SIMILAR RELIEF THROUGH THE 5TH RESPONDENT(MY WIFE)".
The 6 encroachers has filed the affidavit as to grant leave to file the review against the order and thus render justice.
Please suggest me the steps how i can go as a intervenor and vacate the interim stay??

Im 28 yr old(female) was forced to register marriage in the month of Aug 2015 , its been 4 months till now. once i got register marriage i was at my home only, the boy family is not aware of this register marriage. the boy was waiting to get marriage done acc to hindu rituals & then take me to his home. but then even after registration i was still refusing to get married according to the hindu rituals & with no other option i attempted suicide at my home just after the 2 months of the marriage registration.
unfortunately the suicide attempt failed, i was saved by doctors & my family. after this incident my family left me as per my wish.
then i decided to cancel this marriage legally & heard of Marriage Annulment.
when i met some of my advocates, they said the petition for this can be raised only after a year.
I just need clarification about the annulment, when can i apply petition & will this be done within 6 months from the day of filed up ?
. I have not lived a day with him.
. The boy family is not aware of any of these issues as of now.
please do advice me
