If a director took two DIN.As a CS how to help the director to surrender one among the two DIN,so that less penalties will be imposed.

I would like to make an application under Sec 11 of Family COurts Act for video recording. Please clarify do I need to give any reason too or a simple application is enough?

Sir,
we paid the entire outstanding amount crop loan of SBI on 23.9.2015 and maintain credit balance of 2000/- due to high interest they are charging for crop loans (KCC)(rate of interest was 11.75% which is equal to personal loan),without closing the crop loan account request,reason for kept credit balance was in,crop loan account was pending for two installments of debt waiver of telangana to be released which should come to our account in will be in 2016 year 25000/ and 2017 year 25000/,but bank kept the original land documents at the time of disbursement in year 2012,we requested the old field officer give our original land documents so many remainders after we repaid of entire loan outstanding,he post phoned and i was telling tomorrow you can come i m busy now that way he told four times,neither collection of renewal documents not collection of consent of borrower and none of the debit authorization was given by borrower to bank,our facility was misused by old field officer without making the zero of drawing power to crop loan account, made a fraud of Rs.99000/-debiting the crop loan account of now he was transferred to another branch,but new field officer is denying the original land documents,demanding you have to pay outstanding loan of Rs.101025/ then only i can give original documents,after news i was shocking, i am quarreling with the new filed officer,already our account was credit balance of Rs,2000/- how debit balance would be Rs.101025/- then taken the loan statement, facts came to know before relieving from branch by old field officer done fraud this loan account,how can i proceed against bank and field officer. Request you suggest me sir,
Can i suit a file against previous field officer sir, who has misused our credit facilities without our consent.

i have a query about something.my father's elder brother who was unmarried wrote a will in 2005 regarding his properties.this unmarried brother has a marriage auditorium which he gave its equal share among my father, my father's elder sister and their youngest brother.so after his demise they decided to do a partition deed dividing the above said property (auditorium building and its surroundings).beause of some personal problems the younger brother couldn't attend the registartion process,so my father and aunt did the registration and acquired their copy of registration.i know the partition deed is not complete with the sign of the third person too.Now my father's younger brother who agreed to the partition now came up with another will saying among the three shares he got two and one for my father cancelling my aunty's share says this is demised brother 's latest will only this will has value.we were unaware of this will and knows it's is fabricated because,after 2005 demised elder brother was diagnosed with depression and mental disorders was under medication till his death.The new will which my father's younger brother brought up was done on 2013,the fore said elder brother passed away in May 2015.the above said will which was done on 2005 according to which partition deed is registered my father's elder brother physically gone to the registration office to register the will.the new will which my father's younger brother brought up is registered in his home by registrar coming to his home.this younger brother gave complaint to registartion officials to cancel partition deed.the investigation is undergoing.
since this is a marriage auditorium we are responsible for the bookings that took while the owner was alive.so we are conducting marriages according to previous bookings.now this youngest brother of my father is refusing to sign the partition deed and filed an injection and suit against my father and aunt from entering the property.In the suit he is not asking the court to cancel the partition deed he is saying since he didn't signed it's does not matters to him .we do have medical records of this demised brother submitted them before the court .matter is under court.
queries
1.can the registration department officials has the authority to cancel this partition deed?what they can do to his complaints.?
2.Partition deed is among three and,since only two Signed and registered the partition deed does this challenge the legal value of partition deed.?
3.since he is not demanding court to cancel this registered partition deed (according to my knowledge he has to submitt total value of partition deed before court for doing that)what will happen to partition deed if court favours the plaintiff tat is my father's younger brother.?
4.if the court finds demised brother was with unsounded mind and unable to make decisions when he registered the will in 2013. Can the court can cancel this 2013 will?

CAN CO. OP. HSG. SOC INCREASE SHARE CAPITAL ON RECONSTRUCTION OF OLD BUILDING?
NO. OF FLATS IN NEWLY CONSTRUCTED BUILDING ARE SAME IN NUMBER AS THEY WERE IN OLD BUILDING.
BUT THE COST OF BUILDING IS INCREASED (COST OF OLD BUILDING IS APPROX. 3-4 LACS, COST OF NEW BUILDING APPROX 80-90 LACS)

I was booked under IPC Section 337 and at the same time MACT has issued a summon to me and Insurance Party to attend the court. Can anybody please explain is it necessary for me to attend the court or The Insurance party lawyer's presence is sufficient. What will be the outcome in this case. I mean what will be the judgement of MACT. Please advise....

Dear Sir,
Please advise on this, I met an accident on NH while driving my own car and my wife and two daughters alongwith my brother and his wife children are there in the car. While driving my at speed of 90 to 95 kmph at 0615h AM one village girl was trying to cross the NH there is no divider and she crossed half of the road, when i saw that girl thought she will stop and wait vice-versa. All of sudden she crossed the road suddenly, i suddenly applied break and controlled but my right side of the car was hitted that girl and she fell down. this is all happen suddenly and i tried to save her by controlling my car and imdtly turned to my leftside. If i was not...then may my car would have hit the Girl directly and she may fell far away. A case was booked against me under IPC Section 337. Please advise what will happen...what will be the judgement in this case....

Hi i have given a godown to a seed processing unit as on rent and they given me 3 months advance after Completing 1 year now from past 4 months they r not paying me rent as well as electricity bills of 2 months.now they r not responding to me.
