Respected experts,
I appeared for Junior Hindi Exam 2013 and final result of this exam was declared in February 2014. In the final exam I was selected for the post of Junior Hindi Translator. GSI(Geological Survey of India) was allotted to me. But after a few days I received a letter for GSI that they are returning my dossier to SSC because I do not possess the required educational qualifications.
According to the GSI education qualification for this post is
MA in English/Hindi OR
BA with Hindi and English as main subjects plus diploma in translation
But the education qualifications given by SSC were different.According to SSC
Those candidate who have done BA(Hons) English with Hindi as a subsidiary/MIL subjects are eligible for the post of Junior Hindi Translator.
GSI returned my dossier to SSC, I had a word with SSC they said that they will send my dossier to another department. In the month of October 2014 they have sent my dossier to CAG(Comptroller and Auditor General of India) and now CAG is also saying that I am uneligible as I do not possess the required educational qualifications.
What is my fault, I applied according to the education qualifications mentioned in the notice of this exam.
When my dossier was returned by GSI, SSC was already aware of my qualifications, they should have sent my dossier to department for which I am eligible.
Now my question is
Can I sue both CAG and SSC for not giving the government job which I deserve.Candidate who appeared with me had already drawn close to 2 years salary.
It is possible for any department to return my dossier if I am eligible according to the SSC.
Please help

We had bought a plot in 1990 and it was sold under name of Gangotri society. Back then, we were shown society map and there was a road connectivity to the plots. The chairman of the society owns the plot connected to the main road. He is now stating he wont give any land for road and so our plot is at no man's land having no connectivity to the road. In total 6 plots are in hung state now since there is no connectivity from land. We do not have the society plan with us and the chairman is not co-operating. Kindly suggest the way forward.
May please see that,I am the First Party in the case under Sec 144,145.But despite having sale deeds and mutation and revenue receipts of my land at Dhanbad,I have been shown "dispossesed" in an enquiry report of disputed land by the C.O sent to the SDO Court under Misc Petition Case under Sec 144 & 145.The report states that the heirs of the sellers of the land i.e the Second Party in the case, are still in possession of the land even after their forefathers sold the said land quiet long back. The case is sub-judice and pending.Earlier I had lodged the case as the First Party under Sec 144 because there was a breach of peace by the heirs of the sellers of the land to capture and enclose it.Kindly suggest a remedy.

Hi
We had a flat which we sold through a broker. At the time of the deal, the broker made the contract but didn't bring the buyer along with him. Few days later, as per the contract 10% of the amount was transferred from brokers account to us. Few weeks later we found there is no buyer by the name mentioned in the contract & broker is playing some game.
Few months later, we receive a legal notice from this unknown buyer asking to pay the 10% amount with a 100% interest as we have not furnished the property docs & he could not avail bank loan. The broker too, is asking back for the money .
We asked the broker to take back the legal notice & we will pay the same money what we received (10%)- for which he says he doesn't know the buyer or the lawyer.
It seems the legal notice itself is a fraud document in this case as there is no person who is mentioned as the buyer.
Pls advise what can we do.
Thanks
Hello, I am a CA final student and have completed my articleship training. To secure my future i want to do 2 distant couses simultaneously i.e. M.com and MBA from IGNOU. As per UGC is it permissible? Regards, Sumit Agarwal
My was travelling to Bangalore on 28.03.2014 by car and on the way she met with accident on the highway near Krishnagiri( Tamil Nadu State).
On the highway near a U-Turn, one of the two wheeler rider(taking over mobile phone) with the pillion rider from the left side of the road suddenly came to the right side of the road without giving any signal indication.
Both the riders of the two wheeler were injured and taken by highway ambulance to the nearest hospital for treatment.
Front side car was also badly damaged with broken windshield and bumper. Police from the nearest station arrived at the spot and vehicle was towed to the police station to their custody. My wife was charged with case under Section 279 and 337 of IPC.
Subsequently, vehicle was released and case filed in the station was closed in the court with payment of fine. Vehicle damaged in the incident was later brought to Bangalore and repairs carried out with insurance claim.
After 1.5 years now, both the riders of the two wheeler have filed petition from the court under Section 166 of Motor Vehicle Act claiming for huge compensation. My wife is the first respondent and second respondent is the insurance company.
As per the notice from the court, they have scheduled date for appearing in the court in person or through pleader failing to which the petition will be heard and disposed in my wife's absence.
I have spoken to insurance company and copies of the petition has been sent by registered post to the insurance company.
As I understand, insurance company legal advocates will fight the case. But I need to understand whether I should file any objection to the petition filed and appoint any advocate from my wife's end to represent her in the court.
Kindly advise me the steps to be taken from my wife end in this case.
For your information all the documents from my wife is in order. Insurance policy prevailing at the time of accident is of Comprehensive Type.

Shankar
