insurance company deliberately repudiating my mediclaim under their own clause and neglecting my medical records.they are not considering merit of my case and putting "age related" excuse although my case is excluded from that as per medical record. Where should i get justice to get rid of their sterotype reply and not going into facts of my case

Dear Experts,
That I am involved in 498 A Case pending before family court Peddapalli, Dist. Karimnagar, Telangan State and steps of compromise were taken up and paid a sum of Rs. 1,60,000 out of Rs. 200,000-00 and Rs. 40,000/- is to be remitted but due to paucity of funds not cleared.
I applied for passport and was not cleared by police due to pending of 498A case and can I make appeal to higher authority but who is higher officer, whether I can get passport or not during pendency of case.

My client a company wants to surrender the Rajasthan VAT Registration certificate. Though there are few plant and machinery of Rs.22 lacs ( original cost) Rs. 9.50 lacs (WDV) is standing in books which were purchased against C form and Rs.5 lacs (original cost), Rs.2.60 lacs (WDV) purchased within state.
Now in case of surrender of registration certificate at what rate tax is to be deposited and the value of goods on which tax will be calculated.
There may be 3 possibilities as under:
1. Interstate sale agst Form C
2. Sale to a dealer within rajasthan as capital goods
3. Sale as scrap to vendor.
Please suggest the appropriate solution and tax implication.

I have purchased a12decibel land. But is not yet mutation orconverd to me .the local authority stated it judicial matter.though it was bought before 6yrs ago.how can I proceed with the above matter to convert and muted the land?

Hi team,
I am having land 1.20 Acres of agriculture land in two survey number 65,80 which is situated beside each other. The document was registered in 1970 in my grand father name.The land was registered is 1.11 & 0.09 cents, Now if check in link documents, it is like 1.02 & 0.18 cents... what should i need for rectification of that document registered in 1970 year (Andhra Pradesh)

Respected lawyers,
My sister mamta was married last year. After marriage because of her mother-in-law including husband bad behaviour, she left sasural and now living at her mayaka. Now she is mother of one baby.
My sister don't want to go at her Sasural and don't want to make any relationship with them.
Plz suggest what we do. Maintenance, claim dowry etc ( sorry bad English)
