Hi all.
I need a help regarding a small love life issue of mine.
We r in love together from past 7years my side my parents have agreed her but her side their parents didn't agree. So we thought of signing a bond which states as follows.
Whatever happens we will marry each other with or without our parents approval.
Will such a bond be valid and if yes pls let me know on which denomination bond should we go forward with.

I have contracted M/s NICT for getting CSP Kiosk Banking agency of State Bank Of India and paid them Rs.20000/- as processing fee.
But even after 3 months I did not get the agency to run the business. Whereas they assured me that it will take 1 month max.
I have wrote them various emails but they don't even reply or give any feed back on the progress in the matter.
In my opinion it is breach of contract on part of delayed commitment.
Can I file the case against them for refund of proc.fee and damages and interest.
Please guide.

I and my wife live separately for 16 months after many differences between her and me and my family.her behavior was very bad and insulting with me and my family particularly my mother who is an epileptic and asthmatic.she and her family regularly insulated us for not telling about my mother illness.she also prevent me from taking care of my mother.now things are such I can not live with her and want divorce.can I file divorce under mental cruelty.thanks in advance.my name is ramesh

Hello brothers wish you all a very happy New year. One of my client is detained at borstal school. He is now aged about 20 years. Police had foisted several cases against him and other co-accused. The other accused are above 21years . I had learned that police is planning to detain them under ACT XIV. Whether a person aged below 21years can be detained under goondas. Pl clarify. Give some related judgments.
