Sir as I have discussed before that my dept lodge a for against me for embezzlement of 3.76 lakh now police file charge sheet in court after 130 days of fir but in fir there is not a single proof of taking money not a single paper that proof I have taken money and in some statement they use false person as govt employee and take statement that 8 month before I have seen me taking money.. And a person against whom I raid that I don't know when transformer install but I am seeing him taking money. And many more false statement.. Even for which money they r claiming that has a time period till January after that there was no sign remain that whether he was a consumer or not.

Once an Order is issued in a eviction case can a some one who is not at all a party in that case file a Caveat stating that he is a party in the case and was uninformed.
Is such a caveat file by a person who is not atall a party in the case be accepted by the court.

I AM LIVING IN MAHARASHTRA & I HAVE DOMECILE OF MAHARASHTRA BUT I BELONG TO IN OBC CATEGORY IN CENTRAL GOVERNMENT LIST FROM UTTAR PRADESH CASTE.SO DO I ELIGIBLE FOR OBC LIST IN CENTRAL GOVT JOB OR NOT BECAUSE MY DOMECILE IS OF MAHARASHTRA & MY OBC CASTE IS FORM UTTAR PRADESH WHICH IS IN OBC CATEGORY IN CENTRAL GOVT. OR IN SHORT I WANTED TO KNOW THAT LIVEING ANY WHERE IN INDIA IS ELIGIBLE FOR OBC CATEGORY IF IT IS IN CENTRAL GOVT LIST.

from high court order in my favour and no stay any matter. I get share from my father he alredy sale land to 2nd party. And highcourt aready dismissed and i get order.
kabza on 7 December 2015 i get kabza pavti also. But talati and tehsildar not register my name in 7/12 Uttara. Sir tell me what i do. Sir all are harassment please tell me what i do

Respected sir, one of my friend had booked a flat in Noida with Amrapali develpoers and has taken loan from Bank. he has given loan amount to the develpoers but due to some reasons the project is delayed since last 3 years, but he has to repay the loan EMI every month. is there any solution to this so that he can stop paying EMI or take some compensation from developers to reduce the financial burden.

Dear Sir,
I am (M P RAJESWAR) residing in Flat No G4, SNB Apartments,Parameswari Nagar,Nellore Andhrapradesh.
The Builder of our apartment was not completed the apartment the way it has to be.1.Not provided completion and occupancy certificate.2.Allowed more than 2 promoters.
No rules were followed like deviation on the approved plan.
these reasons have given entry to others to take undue advantage over this.
like cellar occupation with constructions of flats.Parking area is offered for sale.
In this process here in our apartment some opportunists joined hands with the promoters(Who went out) formed as association here and plan to take advantage of the situation like miss using public fund,not paying house tax and miss using the power taking a proxy (not owning a flat in the apartment) as a treasurer in the committee who ever question them about the above Harass/Humiliate or trouble them a lot.
suggest me how to protect me from these trouble shooters and what is the punishment for these type of people how to proceed with this issue.

Hello All,
Good morning to you, hope you are doing well.
I am one small query related to society laws for parking.
* I have been paying parking charges to the society and recently there has been damage to my vehicle, while it was parked in society.
* on requesting the society to settle the issue MC does not take the responsibility.
Wanted to know more about the law.
