Sir in a summary suit u/o 37 CPC filed by me the defendant was served on 21 12 2015 and and Judge was on leave since then and the court was opened on 28 12 2015.Now the ten days period of appearing the defendant will start from his date of service or from the date of court opened?

Hi Sir, good evening, I want ur valuable opinion regarding property issues. I have a plot in Huda ( Haryana urban development authority ) sector 46 Gurgaon in name of my wife and with my partner. My wife expired in July month 2015 in a road accident. I have two sons whose ages are below 10 years ( minors). Plot is under construction and will be ready in 2 -3 months. Now Huda has reallotted name in favour of mine with my minor sons alongwith partner. We purchased it for floor selling purposes. Now Huda is giving allotment of each floor (3 floors) in favour of all ( my partner and we 3 ). I and my partner want to sell it as we decided at buying time.Plz advise me ur valuable opinion that how can i sell it? What procedure can be best for me. I m waiting ur reply. Thanks in advance.
