Hi There,
I would like to know if there is a way for a landlord to sign a leave and license agreement while letting out his/ her property from a remote location.
For example, if the Landlord is in a different country but wants a property leave and license agreement to be made / registered.
What are the possible options to make the above happen ?
Can be agreement happen on digital medium ? Can digital signatures be used ?

in my case a complain received by court under 498a and sent to IO for investigation under 156(3). name of 6 accused has been deleted out of 7 in charge sheet of police.
now my wife filed an application for reinvestigation in court without any evidences and court asks me why does not reinvestigate the case?
my question is that under which sec of crpc magistrate can give orders for reinvestigation as 173(8) says only IO can forward for it when he gets some evidences.
please guide me.
Hi All Respected experts,
My wife filed false 498a case and Dv case 3 years back and now she has filed for divorce.
The judgement for 498a case is likely to be come by next month.
My doubts:
1.She has filed divorce last month but as i was not at home i haven't recieved the summon/divorce paper and i got to know from my lawyer only that she had filed for divorce. My doubt is shall i reply to divorce notice if it comes next time or shall i wait till 498a judgement comes.
2. What is the time limit to recieve/reply to divorce notice and what if i not reply next time also becuse i want to wait till 498a judgement.

Dear sir in my own property some village people occupied space. They gone to court but judgement came our side. But they gone to higher court. So stay order came. But illigally all village people came to my space and build compount. So clearly they break the role. We went to police they also not responded. Now I planed to c
ontent of low case. Is this rite way. Or I need to compromise to village people. Because we are one family and all people are one side. If next court give judgment to our side means we are unable to occupy that place.give me our sujjetion.

Dear Sir, we have a property of worth Rs 1 crore 10 lakh (as per Govt certificate) at Andhra Pradesh, we are 5 legal heirs.one of the legal heir register 1/4 of the property in his name with out our notice and questioning for share in remaining part also. When we approach a lawyer they are asking for Rs 1 lakh for property suite. So please guide us, can we go for suing at lok adalat court for fast action or is their is any other way less expensive as one lakh makes us very burden some.or we have to proceed with property suite only. Kindly guide us.

My POA who was also possessor and sold the plot for which he had selling powers.There was ongoing suit on plot and there was an injunction especially issued to him and his brother who were in possession of plot . He sold the plot to.his brother and I received the proceeds.
I had no knowledge of injuction but I was named as defendant.
Now when suit came up on board now Plaintiff has named me as Contemptor along with Poa and his brother. How serious is charge against me.
