Hello I am from Chennai my friend has factory in Bangalore his native also Bangalore Once he orders CNC Bending machine from Chennai he don't have enough fund so he borrowed 11 lakhs from me and he promised to return in one month for that he provided me karnataka 100 rupees e stamp paper and his current account cheque and for safety I also got promissory note from him now he did not respond to my phone calls if I go to straight he didn't respond how to recover that amount I also have proof that I RTGs transfer from my account to his account

Hello, this is Akshay. I have recently applied for a education loan of 13 lakhs( to pursue my further studies in New Zealand) in central bank of India and I was asked to provide security so I provided deed document of a property ( of my father) worth around 30 lakhs and the manager was ok with it as I have also shown him few other investments and fixed deposits worth 15 lakhs. I have provided each and every document they have asked for and later asked me to meet their panel advocate to get legal opinion from him. He called me up one day and said there are few arrears in the property deed document and he needs few other supporting documents...and the next day I have provided him those he asked for but he called up every day asking for a new random document ( he did not give a proper check-list). I went with my dad next day with property tax bills and other papers...he verified them and said tax bills are not mutated...we told him that we have already applied for mutation of property tax and showed him Acknowledgement and D.D of GHMC...yet he said CCPC will not accept. I went to Bank manager next day and briefed him up everything...he said he'll talk to the advocate and provide surety. I don't know what manager told advocate,he called me up next day and was shouting at me for consulting manager without his consent and threatned me of not giving his legal opinion...I pleaded him and begged him, then he asked me not to repeat it again...and told he has already applied for EC and CC and asked me wait for few day...and he kept me waiting for 20 days and my VISA day is getting closer( I have already rescheduled my appointment)...I am really worried...I don't know if he's expecting any bribe from me to get the work done. Even GHMC people have demanded 30K to get the mutation work done and yet they have not assured of giving it any early. I am completely struck....please help. Is acknowledgement not enough to show it to CCPC?

my case for claim was rejected by the sessions court vide order dated 10.11.2015
and the certified copy of order was received on 19.11.2015. i want to know what is the time limit for filling appeal in P& H high court. and whether the prescribed time starts from the date of order or receipt of certified order copy. what is the time limit whether 60days or 90 days

My society has asked me to pay Non occupancy charges since my relatives ie my wife Mama ie mother brother is residing at my flat on no rent basis we also stay with them occasionally ie during the vacations
Can my society charge me non occupancy charges if yes I would like to know under which section of the society act

1-Oct -2015, I have a elder brother and he is married and I am still single.
My father is a government servant and he died on his service, I have already given NOC for my father's. Job for my brother. my father has left no will or settlement. In this situition, who does my mother's jewels belong to?
Please advise.

Seeking help for agriculture land issue
Hello Experts I need help on below scenario. There is a family consisting of a father, 3 sons, 3 daughters. all of the children are married. The father runs a HUF business and is a Karta of HUF. After first son became adult father has given some money from HUF pedhi to him to start a business. 2 out of 3 sons(i.e Son1 and Son3) were the partner of that new business and Son2 was working with father in HUF firm. Now after few years son1 decided to buy an agricultural land. As the wife of son3 was Khatedar, So all decided to buy the land on her name. Money for buying land were taken from partnership business firm. As days passed the bond of trust dissolved, son1 and son3 doesn't have a good relations now.
What does son1 should do to get back his portion of land ?
Is there any way son2 can have a share from that land ?
