I have been working as an Insurance agent in SBI life for the last 5 yrs. The company without issuing any show cause notice, terminated my agency and forfeited my renewal commissions. I was never given a chance to meet or explain anything as i was not informed that one of my policyholder has complained against me to the Chairman of the company. I was totally unaware of this but now frustrated to get this termination letter.
NOW, pl advice what legal remedy available with me. and i cannot bear big court fees to fight for justice. My complaint would be against the Chairman or the Branch Manager. And pl tell me about a service lawyer in karkarduma court, delhi. Thank u
If i am going to a restaurant... I consume food and I am not able to pay up my bill... In return if the manager confines me or restrain me from going outside the restaurant can I sue them for wrongful restraint or wrongful confinement of IPC???

Hi,
Just wanted to check the law about gang rape case with 16 yrs old girl. Actually, the girl is in prostitution business since she was 13 years old. There are more than 100 people who were arrested in this case. I was one of them who got arrested by police based on the phone call made with the woman who provided the girl to many people. It's human trafficking case. Will I be considered an accused person in this case?

I and my husband have a joint property in Delhi, where my husband is the first holder and I am the second holder. Recently my husband passed away. We have only 1 child, a daughter and I would like to give the house to her after my death.I have 3 questions:
1. Do I have to change the house registration again and change the papers only on my name, or can I continue with the same documents and assume that by default am the sole holder now of the property
2. To ensure that the house goes to my daughter after my death, should I write a will? Or should I get the house registered on her name as the sole owner right now itself or should I add her as an owner along with me. My intent is that after my death, she does not face any legal issues.
3. Ideally, with my husband gone, who are the legal heirs? Is it only me or are there others from his family who are also legal heirs like his real brothers, sisters or his father etc?
Exemption of accosed
Sir in a case u/s 138 of N I Act the statement of accused was recorded in Jan 2014 and since then the case was at the stage of defence evidence of accused and 3 months ago it was put for Argoments. My concern is that the accused is frequently filing exemption applications and is allowed accordingly and for that reason despite a long time the case is not reaching at its conclussion and I have to suffer mental agony.I want to know wheather there is any remedy in Law under which I may pray the court on the next date of hearing not to exempt the accused frequently or what should or I can do to avoid the frequently adjournments of the case ?
