Sir , I WOULD LIKE TO ASK YOU DOES THE RECOVERY OF LOAN STAYS AFTER THE DEMISE OF GUARANTOR IN FINANCIAL MATTERS. THE GUARANTOR DOES NOT HAVE ANY PROPERTY OF HIS OWN NOR THE OFFSPRINGS HAVE INHERITED ANYTHING.IS IT LEGAL TO RECOVER FROM THE CHILDREN EVENTHOUGH IT IS EARNED BY THEM. PLEASE GIVE YOUR VALUABLE SUGGESTIONS AS WE HAVE LOST THE CASE AT ALL LEVELS. THANKS
I have inherited a property in south delhi from my deceased husband . I want to gift a part of the property to my sister's children. What would be the tax implications?
Will my sister's children be considered my blood relation?
A little background
1) SaaS-based bootstrapping company
2) Located in Mumbai
3) Team of 4. Plan to have 9 members in near future
4) Operating from a rented apartment
5) No client visits are done in our office as entire business is online
6) Currently no HR or admin is handling my operation
My queries are related to BMC legalities
1) For a SaaS-based company, is it mandatory to have Shop & Establishment License?
2) Is it illegal to operate from an apartment?
3) If I take a commercial office in a building, do i still have to comply with S&E Act?
4) Similarly what if I rent a commercial shop but use it as a office, do i still have to comply with S&E Act?
5) Can society take an objection to our operation?
6) What registrations do I have to make to run a legally acknowledged operation?
7) Anything other laws besides IT & PT, I need to follow?
Would sincerely appreciate your guidance.
Regards
Dhiren
Dear Sir,
Reg: Modified regulation No.32 of DCR issued on on Dec 4, 2015.
What will be the impact of the above on redevelopment of Housing Societies under the 1991 DCR. Will there be a financial burden on the Developer- will this impact the existing members of the Society. Our Housing Soc is located in Ghatkopar (E), Mumbai.
Thanks & regards

If high court quash a challan in lack of sec 197 then it can file again by police . or can not file again.or it is understood that fir is also quashed.
I'm and my family members are charged under sec 307 of IPC. Injury to the complainant is shown in medical certificate is about 5001 nature if injury is simple and blunt. When asked in in RTI later when bail petition was filed in high court that time Honble court asked to the IO is this is applicable to sec 307 of IPC thereafter that IO brought the medical certificate in which it appear that the injury is simple and blunt. But some extra part are added in that. All the witness in that case are blood relative of the complainant. Even the statement given by all those are contradictory to each other. Whether the nature of injury to the complainanti307 of IPC.
respected sir,
My grandmother with her other 5 siblings has her late father's ancestral land and house. in all 6 children of her father two are women and other four are men. They recently sold the land mentioned above to the builder. My grandmother has her name mentioned on the papers of the land. So she got her share from the sale of land. Now her four brothers saying that there is no name mentioned on the papers of the house I mentioned above of her and her sister. So she will not get the claim of they sale the house as they both are sisters so they don't have any claim on the house. Is this true by law? Can she claim her share on the house too? If yes then what is the procedure for the same.? please help me...
