How to remove Notice of lis pendency from 7/12 extract

Hi sir
My neighbours has done case in district court of Jalgaon MS n he has registered that documents on only 100/- Rs stamp of notice of lis pendency on my 7/12 extract how do I remove that notice of lis pendency from my property card n case is still going . I have heard 2% stamp duty is charged for notice of lis pendency is it true ?

Hi
In order to remove the notice of lis pendency from your property card, you should first clear the case. The stamp duty is not 2% as stated by you. Filing the case and forwarding the case details to Tahsildar is sufficient enough.

Wait till the case is decided and submit copy of decision to revenue authorities for removal of status..
