Can a person relinquish his right over the inherited property through 100rs stamp paper?!
RAJ took a bank loan after pledging a piece of land, Bank before sanctioning the loan wanted his brother ARUN
to relinquish his rights over the pledged property. The loan was sanctioned. ARUN neither transferred his property nor was he
a collateral to the loan.
NB! IN REALITY LAND IS ARUNs.
My queries:
1. What if Raj doesn't pay the loan...Can the bank take the land and sell?!

Hi, actually my wife given birth to baby girl and she has got a stroke and dead.actually I want to take care of my daughter, but they are insisting to do so. What I should do for this to get my daughter back.

Dear Sir,
One more thing related to repudiation of death claim of my father by LIC which I need to know for further proceedings.
Is there any rules defined by LIC of India or IRDA which defines that if some one is 40 plus years old than he can obtain a policy from LIC with with only Sum Assured amount of X times of his annual Income and maximum premium can be paid by him X % of his monthly salary amount
Request you to give me the details or rules which is available.I need to file the case into consumer forum in my father case as per my last queries.

dear sir,
earlier we had 8 nos of service tax reg no for different states upto 31.03.15.
from 01.04.15 we have got a centralized ST no.
can we use input tax of said 8 stats in centralized ST return, if yes, kindly provide procedure pls. if not, do we have to apply for refund?
kindly clear this point as soon as possible pls

SIR,i have bought a flat in kolkata area with sanctioned loan from bank and registration certificate too..though i dont have mutation in corporation but some other owners do have..now another owner of land adjacent to our flat is claiming that some of our land is his part..now what can i do?is the other owner will be able to record our property in his name?if you kindly suggest something on this manner..other owner is claiming that it has erroneously been allocated and recorded by our previous owner though our previous owner has mutation on this land as i said..

IF I OWN A PIECE OF LAND AND WISH TO REFUSE MY RIGHTS/CLAIM OVER THE SAME LAND...WHAT IS THE LEGAL PROCEDURE TO DO SO.

Sir,
I am a senior lady officer working in public transport undertaking. i have been involved in 100 of recruitments in my 30 years of career and worked till today without any blemish. But recently with illmotive some male officers with the help of one retired official telecasted in a private television channel regarding me that I have gathered crores of rupees in the recent recruitment held two years back and I am a very corrupt officer etc without any proof. The media people themeselves told that I am corruptive and misused my official position etc without any proof. This recruitment was held two years back and our department security and vigilance officers were also involved in the recruitment process. They could have investigated regarding corruption at that time. I am mentally tarnished and my image has been spoiled in the public.
Sir please guide me what action I can take

Respected Sir,
Fresh suit has been filed by plaintiff & earlier suit was withdrawn with liberty to file fresh. Article 59 & 65 & section 14 of limitation Act is applicable. Before numbering the suit court registrar had taken the objection of limitation & thereafter Plaintiff satisfied the court on the point of limitation. Court recorded that suit is prima facie is in limitation.
Now defendant asking to frame preliminary issue on limitation & if preliminary issue of limitation is framed then who is responsible to prove that suit is in limitation ? Is it plaintiff or Defendant ? Plaintiff has already proved to the court that suit is not barred by limitation by virtue of section 14 of limitation.

I had Rs 30,000 pending on the year 2008 now after 8 yrs they found me from social sites and calling and harrassing my family nd friends to pay 3 Lakh.
I heard after 3 years it gets barred then why r they still looking for me.

Ea when fa pendancy in consumer court
Legal help required in the Consumer Protection Act.
Brief description
1) under section 27, Can I file EA on the priority basis, in respect to only one specific decree about flat possession as ordered by the state forum?. I am afraid, FA disposal may take long time so wish to rush for the possession.
(In the FA, opponent appealed to set aside the state forum order aside.., But here is no merit in his allegations...moreover, opp did not specifically prayed against the flat possession decree... Full payment has been settled by me with opp party as per the state court order)
2) There are 2 other decrees in my favour in respect to the compensations...And I want to file separate EA for compensation decree under sec 25, once the FA by the Opp (in pendency) is disposed off by the National forum... Is it possible to proceed this way?
Ld. Experts please advice on my queries 1 and 2.
