Dear sir, we are two sons one sister in a family. My father passed away in dec.2015. He had self earned home some gold some savings in bank. He made home in name of my mother since buying plot in 1972 and building it in 1975. Extention of this building was done in 1994, with my funds and my fathers fund. MY elder brother is in different city with father funded ssi. My sister got married in 1986 in kolhapur maharashtra. my father passed away without will . kindly let me know about partition of property.

I have some matters in the Central Administrative Tribunal coming up for final hearing during next two weeks. One matter is for quashing the punishment awarded in disciplinary proceeding and others, related to expunging of adverse entries in the Annual Confidential Reports (presently, Annual Performance assessment Reports). The former matter is before the Division Bench, while the latter matters before the Single Bench. There are some common issues in all the matters. Is it necessary that I need to bring this aspect to the notice of the Court before the commencement of the hearing so that the possibility of the Benches deciding the same issue differently could be avoided.

1. Please send me the SC of India citation:
(a) An adverse remark may not be communicated to a probationer, but if there is a statute, it has to be communicated.
(b) Government or government servants cannot act against any statute.
(c) A person on deputation may be reverted at any time, and where he completes the deputation, it will be termed as successful.
(d) Can backwages be claimed if termination simpliciter has been termed as illegal.

I'm a muslim legally I got divorced now I want to marry a person whose wife cannot give birth to a child through doctor consultant .my father is saying to that man to bring his wife or her mom or any person from wife's family infront of every one say that u can marry a woman becoz I have a problm until that my father doesn't take proposal further is right or wrong I don't know.my father fear for future problms or she will make a drama infront of evry one on marriage so I seek advice what islam says as per law ? Does she have rights to take a action future? Plz advice n thank u so much for looking into my question.may Allah bless u with happinees.

My question is regarding stay order. After my father in laws demise, his property was transferred to my mother in law by default. They have an Imitation Jewellery shop which is handled by my brother in law. My husband also used to be over there but my brother in law fought & removed him. Even we have our jewellery business wherein we do exhibitions but we are not allowed to get into the shop. My mother in law has also warned my husband that dare he enters her shop. But my question is - Isn't there a law wherein father's property has equal rights to all or it's the property's owner who can decide which son to keep & whom to discard. We r not asking for distribution of shop but just if even we can manage our business by getting a place in the shop. Or else both the brothers work together with equal share. Can we put a stay order on the shop in this case??

I am auction purchaser of property X from bank and in 1998 i got confirmation of sale and got sale certificatein my favour
But in 2010 one person comes for recovery of 2.5 lakh from me because in 1991 he has given that money to the owner of property X under mortgage
Now my query is after becoming absolute owner after confirmation of sale wheather i have libility to pay that amount?and wheather general law of limitation i.e 3 years apply to me?
The story comes like that:
1981-propertyX mortaged to bank but not given in Revenue record as the agricuture banks have their own rules
1991-Property X mortgaged to B via 2.5 lakhs
and B got his name in Revenue record upto 1995
1995-Auction proceedings started by bank for non payment
1998-My role comes and i got the Property X and possesion as well through sale certificate
Now B want me to pay that 2.5 lakh in 2010 after 11years and 10 months
What plea i should take in high court as on limitation both lower courts are against me?
One more thing Me,B and owner of property X belong to same village and auction was done in my village in 1998

I am teacher kvs a central govt autonomous body . I had been on leave from 26-6-2013 for 6 months , my child was not well I gave medical certificate too but leave was not sanctioned by principal although I had informed principal about the absence of mine .I came school on 23-12-2013 but principal denied to join me and send me to the regional office to join , I went but due to absence of DC I could meet him only on 1-1-2014 and I received the joining latter to join on 13-1-2014 which was the first day after winter break .
Q1.
(a) is the winter break been counted as leave ?
(b) Will I get increment on 1-7-2014
(c) Can I ask why my CCL is not sanctioned even after producing the medical certificate from the govt hospital ?
(d) if I would have get the ccl would this period be counted as eligible service period
