Sir,
I have a land in Uttar Pradesh in Dadri. It is registered as an agricultural land so I need to convert it to commercial land under Section 143 Zamindari Act.
Can someone please guide me through the process & help me in this regard.

Sir currently I am doing training in bsf from past 3 month and I have been selected in central govt again in same grade pay 4200 in cisf.How can I resign without paying or pay protection.Sir whether I can apply for technical resign or some other method so that I would'nt have to pay my training charges nd save my money.Plzzz give ur valuable suggestion.Thanks in advance

Good evening for all.
My Divorce case is at hearing stage. My wife file 491-A case against me and my family members, wherein one of accused was discharged by Hon’ble Session Court. Is there Hon’ble Supreme Court judgement /order stated that filing fake case against relative is amount to mental cruelty ?
if yes , can it is possible to mentioned citations of the samd.

His name on certificate is MOHD GHOUSE PASHA. Can he change the name to Faisal Bin Mohammed?
And The school in which he studied is not functioning now.

Dear Team of lawyers,
I was a distributor of ITC class mate, as we were not earning adequate profits we decided to close the same. At that time we owed around Rs 6.oo lacs to company and as were having stock of around Rs 6.0 lacs company officials told us to transfer the stock to one of there distributors and we did the same and the distributor promised to pay the amount within 1 month and had given the same in writing on a plain paper with sign and stamp. Company officials told that they will directly take the payment from there distributor and he had submitted around Rs 4.00 lacs. After few time company started sending reminders to us for remaining amount of Rs 2.oo lacs. Then we had discussion with the company officials they said the primary responsibility is of ours and there after we discussed with there vendor and he said he has stock of around Rs 2.oo lacs with him, we told the same to company to take their stock back but they are saying that they don't accept loose stock .
Please suggest what to do.

An FIR was filed against me for rash and negligent driving by a 3 wheeler auto driver in an accident on a road crossing where the red lights were not working. All the 4 passengers in the auto rickshaw received simple injuries and were discharged within 3-4 hours from the hospital. I wanted to file the FIR against the auto driver since according to me he was driving rashly and hit me since I was going straight and he hit me from the right side. However, I did not pursue the matter since my insurance had lapsed and I was afraid that it may cause complications, which it did anyway. What are the options available to me now?

Dear sir, I am an Ex Servicemen and working in a public sector bank as head cashier and has been selected for the post of Auditor in CAG. My salery is at stagnation in clerical cedre as a result of Pay fixation given to Ex Servicemen in PSBs. My quary is that when I join as Auditor, am I eligible for Pay fixation and if "yes" whether my pay will be fixed as per my defence service or as per my present service in bank...???

Case transfer from jabalpur high court to cg high court bilaspur
I am residing at Raipur CG. CGIT Jabalpur award in my favour Compulsory Retirement(Bank Terminate me) in Dec-2015. Now Bank sue in Jabalpur High Court saying that their order of termination against me was correct.
I want to face the case in Chhattisgarh High Court at Bilaspur.
It is possible to transfer this case from Jabalpur High Court to Bilaspur High Court?
Please help me.
