Gratuity not paid

Hi,

Im relieved from my company on 10th October 2015, I have received no due, relieving and service certificate
Its 3 months now but after multiple email exchange regarding the Gratuity, Im still waiting for the same
They just keep saying that its taking time

Please suggest what can be done here

Stock transfer for work contract

We have got an order from Kolkata Government Authority (They can’t give us WAYBILL OR FORM C) , We are register Manufacturer under VAT Uttar Pradesh,
As per WBAT Act, VAT to be paid over there on the basis that property is created under W.C in the state of West Bengal.
1. Kolkata Government will deduct WCT TDS from Payment to be made to us
2. We will get registered under WBVT Act
3. We want to stock transfer from U.P to Kolkata for this WC
4. We do not have any permanent establishment in Kolkata earlier to this. After registration also we will not have any fixed establishment over there.
5. We have produced major portion of material in our name
6. We will procure remaining portion of material directly in Kolkata against FORM C (Kolkata Branch issue Form C to Parties)
7. We have to transfer goods in our name from UP to Kolkata
8. Whether we should charge CST @ 12.5% on material movement or against Form F
9. We understand that Form F Can’t be issued if there is pre-existing contract.
10. In case of WC anyone can’t transfer material on ahoc basis, but will transfer only that material required for the WC
11. In conclusion of above whether we can transfer material for interstate material against form F to avoid double taxation

surety

my father was surety for someone's loan couple of years ago and now he had died 2 years ago.today we received a notice from bank that the person who took the loan had failed to repay the loan and my father has to repay the loan.but iam confused as our family was unaware of this surety and all.so what do we do?can you give advice and suggestions on this.thank you

Barring from ssc

DEAR SIR,
I HAD APPLIED FOR SSC CGL 2015 AS EX SERVICEMEN CANDIDATE AND APPEARED FOR T-1. EVENTHOUGH MY RETIREMENT WAS IN DEC 18 I HAD APPLIED WITH PLAN TO TAKE PREMATURE RETIREMENT IN DEC 15 AND ACCORDINGLY I HAD FILLED UP APPLICATION. HOWEVER DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES I CHANGED MY PLAN AFTER T-1 AND DID NOT APPEARED FOR T-2. COULD SSC DEBAR ME FROM APPEARING IN SUBSEQUENT EXAM DUE TO PROVIDING CONTRADICTORY INFORMATION ie DATE OF RETD. PLS ADVICE

Reliefs sought after fir quashing

hello..

F.I.R quashed by delhi high court.

Query..

1) Do I need to file an application before MM for specific reliefs as under..
* plz allow me fly out from country as previously the court has bound me not to fly out from country in my bail order.
* Dispose my Dosier taken by police, as the police has taken my Dosier under 406 IPC
* Return all the papers of the person who has taken my Bail at the time of Bail proceedings.

Plz let me know any other relief I can sought from the court.

Sub judicial

I have a case against the BMC H/W ward for demolition of enclousers of Gr.foor otlas in Dindoshi Court pending---further the same Complainant has now made a complaint to demolish the 2 Doors leading/opening unto the Otla--is this possible when the same matter/case is Active--is it not Sub Judicial matter??

Bought land on power of attorney

Dear All,

I hv purchased a land and power of attorney was done in favour of me as registration of land is banned in my area for some time.

Now I have learned from somewhere that previous owner is trying to sell the same land to someone else as no registration was done in my favour.

Can u please let me know how to secure myself through court.

Land dispute

Dear All Experts please give your opinion of below noted case.
We are running a Trust and our Trust have purchased a Land beside a Railway track the distance of Railway track to my land is 1/2 K.M. and we have all legal documents to me which will establish that the land belongs to our Trust i.e SALE DEED, MUTATION CERTIFICATE AND LOCAL PANCHAYAT PARCHA. now the case is when we are engaged in our construction job the railway department officials and some RFP obstruct our construction job and claimed that the land belong to RAILWAY if we do not stop the construction job then they will put us behind bars. After this incident one Advocate gave me advice to put the law into motion and file a case u/s 144 Cr.P.C. but since the incident of 6 month the local police did not put the enquiry report before court. Now seeing the apathy of police i have filed a RTI application to the CPIO of railway indicating the incident and asked them to produce the details of land whether the land belong to railway or not and desired some information like SALE DEED of particular land and GAZATEE NOTIFICATION of that particular land.
please advice me am i going to the right direction or what to do.
