I am currently working as a LDC in BORDER ROADS ORGANISATION FOR LAST SEVEN YEARS. DUE TO LACK OF PROMOTION. I APPLIED FOR A GROUP B POST IN OTHER DEPARTMENT THROUGH PROPER CHANNEL BUT MY DEPARTMENT TURNDOWN MY APPLICATION GIVING REASONS THAT THEY HAVE SHORTAGE OF CLERICAL STAFF BUT NOW A DAYS. THEY ARE FILLING VACANCIES THROUGH SSC AND STILL THEY ARE NOT GIVING PERMISSION TO US FOR APPLYING IN OTHER DEPARTMENTS. PLZ ADVICE ME

I stay in a rented house in hyderabad.My landlord stays in ground floor and his daughter in first floor and we stay on the second floor.his daughter is harrassing us a lot by stating that they are lot of sounds coming from our house in the midnight wherein we sleep by 9 pm as i have 2 small kids at home.They do not give our electricity bill neither do we know where the electric meter is. They are collecting 500rs towards water and almost half a month no water comes.Now they even locked the common terrace and not letting us dry clothes. On top of that they are switching of the power as we do not know where the meter is and their son in law is threatening that he is from a big caste and that no one can do anything to him. My husband works in a different place and i stay with my 2 kids.Could anyone help me as to how can i proceed to stop these illegal acts of the landlords.The previous tenants also complained the same

Our sugar unit is supplying mollasses of Season 2015-16 to our distillery unit for supply of ethanol to Oil Marketing Companies.Both sugar unit & distillery units have separate registration under Central Excise.Is the Sugar unit liable to pay excise duty @Rs.75/qtl.before transfer of mollasses to distillery unit.Please clarify

one lady has chited 7 lakhs get us a corporate loan now she fail to get us loan and not ready to return back money i hv made complain at EOW AT CHENNAI since lady and myself belongs to chennai EOW NOT properly done investigation simply told it not related in our dept and also believe lady statement she shown one excel sheet where she mention 7 lakhs expenditure with her own handwriting with out valied documents.now how we can channage there(EoW) remarks ask them to justify ?

Will you please guide me following
1. That in the Domestic violence case/Matrimonial cases presence of the respondents/accused is not necessary.
2. IF respondent avoiding summons continuesly and later on proceeded ex-parte by the court. Pls guide me whether he can set aside the ex-parte order.

Hello sir.mera naam deepak hai.meri shadi march 2015 me hui ti.mere papa ki death 2011 me hui ti.sir meri wife ne mere khilaf ipc 323 325 406 506 498a ka false case file kar diya hai.sir main janna chahta hu ki kya meri wife meri pustani jameen ya private property me hissa maang skti hai.ye bi janna chahta hu ki agar vo divorce na le or mere sath bi na rahe to kya hissa maang skti hai ya sirf maintenance maang skti hai

My property is mortgaged to a bank since last few years, the loan have gone NPA and now I am in discussion with bank to take over the property to close the loan as I am unable to carry on with repayment instalments. Does the roof rights also are now property of bank or can I claim the roof rights for myself ?please advise.

I am married since last 11 years and have a son aged 10. My husband is working in his fathers business and gets no salary and has no signing right in business also. I am working as a teacher to support my son's education as there is no financial support from any other source. My father in law has another also and an unmarried daughter also.The other son is a lawyer and he has been making threats to me and my husband on basis of his legal powers. My father in law are also in his control. Now since few months my father in law says that both of us should go out of this house and stay on rent. Sir please guide me that is it legal as my husband has no other income and he will not get any rent from family business also.My brother in law stay in the upper storey of the same house with a separate kitchen. Plz guide me

Inventory proceeding
That my father has instituted inventory proceeding upon death of late uncle (step uncle who is issueless) with respect property registered in his late uncle. That my father has enclosed death certificate of his father and also of his uncle. however death certificate of his grandfather is not available as such affidavit of three witnesses have been enclosed. Now the cousin brothers of my fathers uncle (estate leaver) have pressurize one of the witness whose affidavit is enclosed in the inventory Proceeding to change his affidavit and they have challenge the inventory stating that by my father has pressurized the witness to execute affidavit before notary.
I need
1. whether cousin brothers of estate leaver can challenge inventory Proceeding which was instituted by the legal heirs?
2. What will happen in the appeal in this case?
