Sir, myself dr jayant chopkar. My grand father had own earn property but he died in 2009 . Before death he make will in which he give the property in the name off my grandmother. Now my grandmother want to not share this property with my father. My grandfather has 2son along with my father & 1daughter. Can i have any legal share or i protect my possesion in this house.

Dear Sir,
Here is the situation. My father passed away this year Aug. He has a house in his name in Andhra pradesh. He has left behind my mother, my elder brother (married) and myself (married).
My parents stayed for around 2 years in that house (2007-2009) and then came & settled with me due to personal reasons in Bangalore Karnataka for the last 5 years or so. My parents have all their IDs like adhar etc created with Bangalore address. Now father fell ill and passed away in Bangalore and he did not have any WILL written.
My brother continue to stay in my father's house since 2009.
Now we would like sell the property. We were told we need to get family member certificate/Legal heir certificate.
Now here are the questions.
- My father was private employee retired from cooperative sector in Karnataka in 1991.
- Do we need Legal certificate or Family member certificate (as per AP govt website this is not legal heir certifiacte).
- We dont need to certificate to claim any benifits from Govt but we need it for the purpose of selling property.
- We were told MRO/Tehsildar will issue family member certifciate only for the Govt officeal if deceased.
- How do we proceed further? Which certificate needed for selling property and who would issue the same?
- Whether we should get the certificate from Andhar Pradesh where property is located or in Karnataka where my father lived last few years/died.
Please guide us.

In a criminal revision on charge framing order counsel of accused verbally said that OP/ informer of FIR has get done charge framing order by deceit in collusion with judge sahab and judge sahab also confirmed this fact to me. Whether this type of comments amount to contempt of court. If yes what is the procedure to complain..

Sir, my elder sister having 5 years daughter is being harrased by her drunker husband since from 6 years. He is doing gov't job,have no mercy for both of them. Sister and her daughter presently staying in our home. Sometimes her husband came and meet her daughter in a drinking situation. We tried several times to maker him understood to quit all bad obsessed habits. But all try came out with no result. His health condition is deteriorating day by day due to day and night liquor intake.
Sir we are lower middle class family. Please guide us how to solve this problem and also what measures needs to be taken in order to safeguard my sister and her daughter's future.
