Filing of oil in jharkhand high court

Dear sir ,
I had filed rti application to jpsc in November.but did not get any response .I had qualified in mains exam but found myself qualified in BC_ll category.I was expecting good rank as I had attempted mains exam very well.now final result has come and as i was thinking my name was not there in the list.I want my mains paper reevaluated.but jpsc didn't give any response to my application.
I want to ask u sir is it possible to file pil in jharkhand high court to get my papers reevaluated.

You can file writ petition in high court For this there is no need to file PIL.

No PIL can be filed for re-validation of any individual answer sheet.
