sir i took educational loan from allahabad bank in 2009 180000 for my b.tech 2008-2012.but upto now i am unable to get any job and repay my loan .now bank asked me for ots scheme and repay only principal.now my outstanding is 3.2 lakhs.but now i am preparing for competetive exams .should i go for this ots?wheather it will affect me in future?if i get any job in bank wheather it will be a problem?please help me .......

Sir, I have been served to delhi govt as Statistician for 10 years. Now I have selected by RPSC for the post of Statistical Officer in Rajasthan Govt. Whether my pay will be protected by Rajasthan Govt, If I resigns technically from Delhi Govt ?

loan was taken by father for purchase of vehicle by way of hypothecation from financer. in default the ex partee award was obtained at delhi and execution of the same was sought at Mumbai as property situated at Mumbai and accordingly even execution application was allowed and property attached under 21(54) of cpc. now the position is this that property stand in the name of grand fathe. Q.1 can other sibling of the father make chamber summon for removal attachement as the same was no his exclusive property ? can I take out instead of sibling ? grand father expired

I took a loan from hdfc bank of 200000 in january2014 and lost my job in june 2015 after that i have lost my job and i am still jobless. and i have not paid the emi since 9 months . loan duration is 3 yrs.
now recovery agents are chasing me like anything.
i m still not in condition to pay emi..
plz suggest me what should i do......

Dear Sir,
I have registered my self on RTI portal to get the details related to my DAD LIC claim repudiation.
I need the proposal forms and Moral Hazard Report along with LIC Investigation report on the basis of which LIC has rejected the claim.
I am confused here as I do not know how to use it because I saw two thing at RTI online Portal. 1 - Submit Request, 2 - Submit First Appeal.
Sir, I want to know what option I have to go for all the details related to LIC policy 1 - Submit Request OR 2 - Submit First Appeal.
Please guide me. I would be thankful to you.

This happened to me on 13th jan 2016 when i was called to meet the managers( Regional manager Varun sharma and General manager Kishor sharma )
But before going any further I want to tell everyone that I belong to a lower class family and to support my family I joined kamath Natural Pvt.Ltd.(Natural Ice Cream Juhu Scheme ) on 15yh july 2014 .
I Want to share how some financially powerful managers abuse and bully their employees .
So on 13 jan 2016 in CP store my manager asked me if I know what should one has to do to become a manager .I told them that one has to possess every information about the store. They then proceeded and said that some theft has been taking place since some days. I told that sorry I have no knowledge about this . Then they started abusing me and asked me to write the names of some of my colleagues otherwise we will consider that you are the theif and will destroy your career and your future . Out of fear I wrote the names ( I know I should have acted strongly) .
Now on 14 jan 2016 they called me and my colleagues ( vikas , Prashant , and Roshan pandey ) again and locked us for 3 hours in CP store .
They abused us constantly and forced us to sign the resigning letter and threatened us that otherwise they will call the police , they have connections with them and with the help of money they will ask the police to lock us against theft charges .
Out of fear we all resigned . we have a complaint copy. but still no one is ready to lodge our FIR despite many rounds .
Today was the hearing at labour Commission there also we got the salary for 6 days only .
they are not ready to give any claim to us .
I want your support and any suggestions you want to give us regarding this case so we can take the appropriate actions

Absconder in ni act
dear Advocates,
Recently one of my debtor gave me a cheque and it is dishonoured and i got to know that due to heavy debts he is absconded from the city. i dont know where he is. statutory notice is returned as door locked, and a complaint filed in local police station against his family as cheaters. i need to file a complaint against him u/s. 138 of NI Act. with that i want to request the court to declare him as a absconder u/s. 82 of crpc and gave the orders accordingly.
1.Is this possible to request the court at the time of filing compliant u/s. 138 of NI Act?
