They are having noc

I have taken a unsecured Personal Loan from Kotak since 2005. 1st they have givenen a 1L in Jan 2005 with 24 EMI of 5166. Again in Aprl 2006 2.5L given with 24 EMI of 12846.
Again on May 2006 they have given 2.5L & adjusted the ist Loan of 1L with 36 EMI of 9420/- In March 2007, they have given 7.2L by adjusting all the previous loans with 36 EMI of 26768/ Again on March 2008 they have given 7.2L by top up of the previous loan and on hand recd 1,81,181 with 36 EMI of 27320/- I paid 12 EMI. All loans are given by them purely on my repayment track of loan only. At that time due to world recession and my Business loss, I am unable to pay further.All dues are paid through ECS only. I sent a detailed Lawyer notice to them immediately as soon as the 1st bounce happened, stating my inability to pay dues and asked them not to present the future EMIs.But, they continue to do so and got bounced and I am forced to close the account. Now in 2015, I received a Private notice to appear in EP court and demanded to arrest and detain in civil prison under order 21 & Rule 37&38. Then I appeared in the court & EP was filed on Arbitration award, which I am not aware. My self & my wife as co-borrower and my company as guarantor. I have closed my company on oct2009 itself due to financial constrain. Now I am doing as Mutual fund &Insurance advisor and my income is around 1L to 1.5L per annum , that too past 2 years only & just pushing my life somehow. Kindly give me a solution, how to come out of this case. Literally I am penniless. Help me by giving the tips to file a counter to squash the order.

On 13th Feb, owner of the car along with his wife two kids and his brother in law were travelling in midnight from bangalore, owner hit the standing tanker without noticing..his brother in law died in the hospital after one hour of admission. Owner, wife and two kids are out of danger. Vehicle is insured.can his�brother in law's wife claim 3rd party insurance. Please guide. The one who died is my sister's husband.

My grand father had 3 sons and the whole property was divided in 4 parts t.e for 3 sons and my grandfather. During the division of the land property the oral discussion amongst the four was that the father property will be distributed equally between the 3 sons. But in due course the youngest son wife was expired and my grandfather have gone for the second marriage of the his youngest son and written a settlement deed of 1/3 rd of the grandfathers distributed property on the stamp paper without the concern of the other two sons. And the settlement deed was not registered even today. the whole property was the contribution of all the 3 sons and their father as a joint family. My grandfather bears the pattadar pass books on his name even today. My question is that is that settlement deed is valid without registration. and also all the three sons and their heirs signatures are not there on the settlement deed. What is the life time of the settlement deed without registration. Can I approach the court being a grand son for justice

Below is the case assigned to me:
The medical examiner viewed the body of Naresh and con-clued that he died from a shotgun wound to the dead. Naresh had jumped from a ten storey building intending to commit suicide, He left a note to the effect indicating his despondency.
As he fell the ninth floor his life was interrupted by a shotgun blast passing through a window which killed him instantly.
Neither the shooter nor the deceased was aware that a safety net had been installed just below the 8th floor to protect the building workers and that naresh would not have complete his suicide the way he had planned.
Ordinarily a person who sets out to commit suicide the ultimately succeed even though the mechanism might not be what he had intended is still defined as committing suicide.
The naresh was suit on the way to certain death but probably would not have been successful because of the safety not caused the medical examiner to fell that he a homicide on his hands.
In the room of the 9th floor where the shotgun blast was emanated was occupied by the elderly man and his wife. They were arguing vigorously and he was threatening her with a shotgun.
The man was so upset that when he pulled out the trigger he completely missed his wife and pallets went through the window striking Naresh.
When one intends to kill subject A but kills subject B in the attempt one is guilty of the murder of subject B.
When confronted with the murder charge the old man and his wife were both adamant and both said that they thought the shotgun was unloaded.
The old man said it was a long standing habit to threaten his wife with the unloaded shotgun. He had no intention to murder her. So the killing of Naresh was appears to be an accident that is if the gun had been accidentally loaded.
In transpired that the old lady cut off her sons financial support and son knowing the propensity of his father would shoot his mother. Since the loader of the gun was aware of this he was guilty of murder even though he did not actually pull the trigger. The case now becomes one the one of the murder on the part of the son for the death of the Naresh now comes twist further investigation reveled that the son was in fact Naresh. He had become increasingly despondent over the failure of his attempt to enginner his mother’s murder. This led him to jump from the 10 store building only to be killed by a shotgun through the 9 storey building. The case was registered under section 302 IPC. Now argue the case with the respect to the Petitioner and the defendant.

Dear Sir,
I left my last Organization in May 2015 with proper handing over of my job responsibilities to my successor. Cleared all formalities and was relieved officially by my last organization where I served for around 7 years. It is a Diversified National conglomerate of India. They paid my Gratuity and PF was credited with PF Organization. However as on date I am still not paid with my Full and final settlement amount which is in six digits.
Can you Please advice how to deal this situation as I need my hard-earned money at the earliest.

Dear Sir/Mam,
I was granted an education loan of Rs 3,99,000 in the year 2009 which now became 8lakhs. After completion of my course I had to struggle hard for Job. I got job after 9 months with a payment of Rs 8000 only. I requested(in written) my bank to extend repayment period for few years so that installment amount get reduced and within my payment capacity. Bank manager replied he will forward it & inform me. After few months I made the same request but he said he will inform me once its approved.Unfortunately an year back I had to leave my job as I am suffering Liver Fibrosis 4th stage and is on rest, can't even travel without someone as nausia & pain starts anytime. A few days back I got a letter from bank stating if I fail to repay full amount within 10 days they will take legal actions against me, they had already reported to CIBIL. Please guide me to take right step in this situation and let me know what legal steps canbe taken against me
