Buying an auction property

I am planning to buy an Auction property.

The title documents is where i ned clarification.

The bank has the previous chain, but the borrowers original receipt is only with them. The borrower agreement was in the registration office, when the bank went to collect it they were told it was taken by the borrower or his lawyer.

The borrower has since died and bank is in possession since the last six years.

The bank wont give a FIR of lost or misplaced document.

How to i clear the title with respect to me wanting to sell the property at a later stage?

Execution proceedings

Our Housing Society filed an application before the consumer forum [suburban] mumbai against the builder for failing to get the O.C. and Conveyance.

We received favourable Orders in the year 2006.

Since the builder did not comply with the said Orders, we filed and Execution proceedings before the said forum.

Today we are in the year 2016 and execution proceedings still going on. Almost 10 years now.

Please advise...

Regards
Chitranjan

Cancellation of registration - ongoing construction

Hello,
I have done flat registration in May'15. Its a new construction due for possession next year - May 2017.

Now i want to upgrade the type of flat from 2 to 3 BHK in the same phase with the same builder..Both the 2 & 3 BHK constructions are ongoing..

I would like to know how much stamp duty & registration charges are deducted if i were to cancel for this flat. Basically, i intend to do a new registration with the same builder for a 3BHK..I have paid around 2.45lacs in registration & stamp duty charges in a split of 2.1 lacs & 35000.
Post cancellation , how soon the money gets credited back.

Please advise.

Thanks.

Leaving a foreign babank job before completing notice period

Sir,
I had subaited my resignation from the manage post 11th Jan 2015. Fort the Business head agreed to relieve me upon making notice peroD pay ,to which I agreed. Now it's about 45 days, and today informed me that I have to serve the full notice period of 90 days.
But I had acepted another offer where I have to join immediate. This I accepted on the verbal approval of my present organisation initially.
Now ,I would like to know the legal implications of leaving my present organisation after giving a formal letter.
I don't have any assaignment to finish, no deciplinary actions are pending against me, and am willing to make payments t in lieu of the unsealed portion of my notice period.
Please advice.
Whether I can demand a relieving letter from them in future?

False evidence in dvc

wife filed a photograph soft copy in court as evidence against domestic violence. the date of assault mentioned in complaint is 07/04/15. by checking the properties of the image in computer it showed that it was taken on 06/09/2015 11:15AM. she didn't file photo in complaint. she wrote complaint on 27/06/15. she has submitted the hard copy in court on 11/09/2015. is this sufficient to prove that she is wilfully harassing me? another doubt is if she is ready for reunion can i impose any kind of restrictions on her by writing MoU sort of thing?
