Sir/madam
My father has been asked to appear before the vanitha commission tomorrow as his cousin has given a complaint against him. But my father's health is not good and he's getting admitted to hospital. The first time also he couldn't attend as his sisters fell ill. So they have given a second date. But now he's getting admitted. What necessary measures should we take to ensure that it doesn't turn against him.

Dear Sirs,
A plot was in my mother's name (through draw of a Housing Society). Since my mother did not have enough money and was a housewife, she gave a Power Of Attorney in name of my father for availing Govt Loan for construction of that house.
... However, as of today, a mistress is staying in that constructed home and claiming it as her rightful property. My father has left that home in his will for the mistress (after his recent demise).
...
My question is : Does my mother have a rightful ownership of that house, as the POA was given for obtaining loan from Govt as my father was a govt servant.
.... My mother gave the POA in full faith to her wedded husband for use by the family. Isnt this cheating ?

Dear Sirs,
My father deserted my mother 26 years ago (planned to bring his mistress in his married home).
My mother started staying separately for sake of her self respect.
My father passed away recently. He was a Govt servant and started two families.
They were married under Hindu Marriage Act and MY MOTHER AND FATHER HAVE NEVER BEEN DIVORCED. My mother is still alive. He converted to Islam to legalize his second marriage and all his service documents and other papers show the mistress as his wife.
My Questions :
1. Can my father leave his self earned property in his will to his mistress despite having a alive legally wedded Hindu wife.
2. Is his second marriage null and void?
3. Who has the claim for his family pension after his death?
4. What percentage of property is rightfully inherited by his son from second marriage?
...
Please guide me to help my mother gain her rightful inheritance after my father's demise.
Thank You.

If property is between four brother
Three brother are agree to sell it but one brother don't agree to sell it
So it is possible to sell the property without one brother sign.
Dauhhgters' share in father's property.
Father died in 1981 leaving one son and four daughters. He did not make a will. Lawyer suggested for a partition in paper. A power of attorney was issued by giving the brother power to deal with the property. Ancestral house owned by the family was made in the name of the brother with the information to the sisters. In the mean time one of the sisters died. Whether the sisters or their sons and daughters have any right to the ancestral property.
