Case under sc/st atrocities act

Hi,
If I file a case under SC/ST Act against someone for second time, what are the legal effects on the accused person ?

A case has been existing on that person under SC/ST act itself. During the time of a compromise talk, he became violent again and he abused me several times by calling caste, I have 3 witness also for this issue. Can I file a another case against him under SC/ST act ?

No evidence means

hi

one of my friend has given cross in the court and when the respondent(his wife) cross came . she never appeared and the judge orders no evidence for his wife. Now the final argument are starting would it be helpful to win the case for my friend if no evidence is done. the case is only for judical seperation and child custody.

Also i know the family court not allows the child custody however few of lawyers says there is chance in such cases where negligence is done againt child and family court can order child custody too. but i really do not know which law is applicable in this.

also if i can know any online material available for sc/hc hearing for child custody.

thanks
Niraj

Ppf query

Hi

I opened a PPF account in 2000 which as per law matured in 2015 after 15 years.
My query is regarding PPF and is as follows:
Now in FY 2015-16 the account is matured and there is an option to withdraw the entire or part of the amount or pay a minimum Rs 500 to lock it for another 5 years.
However I made no contribution in 2015-16 as I was planning to buy a house and needed the entire sum.But due to certain reasons I may not need to withdraw the money as of now.As it may materilize in 2016-17 I plan not to make any contribution in 2016-17 to my PPF account so as to keep the funds handy as if I make a contribution 40% would be again locked for 5 years.
Hence as per PPF rule if I do not make a contribution 1 year after maturity the same is considered to be a PPF account without contribution.
Now if I decide to continue my PPF account by paying an X amount in 2017-18 will the PPF accept the same as with contribution considering that I made no contribution post maturity for 2 years.
Also will such delayed contribution be applicable under sec 80C
If so will there be a penalty and to what extent.
Please clarify.

Purchase of agricultural land gujarat

Hello,

My grandfather was a farmer and by inheritance my father has some agricultural land on his name.

I would like to purchase agricultural land in Gujarat, would I be able to? maybe on the basis that my dad can be classified as a farmer?

If I can, then how can I go about the purchase, do I need certain documents to show that I am a farmer at time of purchase? if so what documents are these?

Thanks
