DEAR SIR I NEED YOUR HELP I WAS MADE tortuous BY THE POLICE FROM LAST TWO YEARS NOW I AM COMING TO THE MY PROBLEMS.
A PERSON GAVE A COMPLAINT IN POLICE STATION CONCERN TO FORGERY,RELATED DISPUTED LAND ISSUE.POLICE CALL ME TOOK STATEMENT AND IN INVESTIGATION REPORT POLICE SAID NO OFFENCE MADE OUT TO FOLLOW ACTION OF 107/116.
THERE AFTER PERSON WENT TO COURT AND REGISTERED A COMPLAINT CASE AGAINST ME AND 5 OTHER U/S 406,420,34 I GOT SUMMON FROM THE COURT AND APPLIED ANTI-CIPERTY.BAIL SESSION COURT REJECTED THAT ,THERE AFTER WENT HIGH COURT,HIGH COURT GRANT MY A.B.BAIL.
THERE AFTER COMPLAINANT ONCE AGAIN LODGED FIR IN POLICE STATION FOR SAME INCIDENT THEN I APPLIED IN SESSION COURT AB BAIL KEPT ALL THE FACTS THAT I AM ALREADY ON BAIL FOR SAME CRIME BUT COURT SESSION COUR REJECTED AND AS WELL AS HIGH COURT REJECTED AFTER ALL THE FACT WERE KEPT BEFORE THE COURT.
3.THERE AFTER I WENT TO LOCAL COURT WHERE FIR COMPLAINT CASE WAS REGISTERED BY THE COMPLAINANT,AND REQUEST BEFORE THE COURT COURT ACCEPT MY REQUEST AND PASSED A ORDER IN WHICH COURT GAVE DIRECTIONS TO THE POLICE THAT BOTH INCIDENT ARE SAME AND ACCUSED ARE SAME SO REMARKS THESE THING THAT ACCUSED IS ALREADY GOT BAIL FROM THE HIGH COURT.PASSED ORDER IS ATTACHED.
THERE AFTER POLICE ARRESTED AND TORTURE ME AND PRESENT BEFORE THE LOCAL COURT THERE COURT RELEASED MY SAW THE ALL FACTS OF THE CASE.MY QUESTIONS ARE.
1.POLICE HAD POWER TO ARREST ME WHILE I WAS ALREADY ON BAIL.
2.WHAT ACTION I CAN TAKE AGAINST THE COMPLAINANT AND POLICE.
3.WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I GO FOR 482 TO QUASH THE SECOND FIR IN SAME CASE.I AM ATTACHING SOME DOCUMENT CASE RELATED PLEASE GUIDE ME I AM NOT SATISFIED FROM LOCAL LAWYER THEY ARE NOT GIVING PROPER GUIDANCE PLEASE SIR HELP ME I WILL BE GREAT THANKFUL TO YOU.
4.I AM NOT WITNESS IN REGISTRY ANY ALSO NOT EXECUTE ANY DOCUMENT ABOUT THIS DISPUTED LAN.
5.AFTER TRIAL WILL I PROVE ACCUSED

some of immovable property has been purchased by the partners on the name of firm. one partner is retiring from partnership firm and for his share he is getting away immovable property which was registered on the name of firm and the remaining partners are continuing the existing business.
my request is model deed of reconstitution of partnership deed

My great grandfathr was having two wife. First wife is having one son and second wife is also having one son who is my grandfather. Now the whole property is registered in the name son of first wife who is issueless. Now my father who is son of second wife son of my great grand father. My father has instituted inventory proceeding with respect to whole property. Now mutation process is going on in mamlatdar office and cousin brothers of estate leaver have filed objection stating that second marriage of my great grand father is not registered in any office as such we do not possess any rights. They have also filed civil suit and their claim is that my great grandfather has only one wife and we are no way connected to their family. I do not have any record regarding second marriage of my great grand father. However record of marriage of first marriage is there with them. Please guide me what should i do.

My father got divorced from my mother in the year 2000.and he have four children from first wife two daughters and two son including me.He had inherited tenancy rights on two property situated in mumbai from his father and adopted father for which I had filed suit for share in the ancestral property in the year 2000 and said case was not persuaded by both my father and me ( he requested me not to persuade the case) due to which the case was disposed otherwise since both of us not attended the case after initially 1.5 years.
Thereafter he sold his tenancy rights without my consent and shifted to Bangalore and remarried other lady( Stepmother) in the year 2001 and he got one son from her. Now the issue is he had purchased land on stepmother's name and constructed 2 storey building on it. my Stepmother died(Without any Will) in 2013 leaving behind Her Minor Son and my father and after two years my father also passed away in the year 2016( he was continuously in touch with me and Before dyeing he contacted me for distribution of property among 5 of us including stepbrother but before he write any will he died).
Here i want to know if me and my siblings file suit for equal share in property which stands in the name of my Stepmother(Bought by my father in her name).

Dear sir,
I had purchased a land in 2011 . In 2012 I had given it for development. For this Builder has taken registered irrevocable power of attorney (without any considerations) and notrirised the development agreement. Now the problem is as follow:
1) he has just completed 30 percent work till now. ( where as in agreement he has mentioned that he will complete the project in 24 mont)
2) he is doing completely illegal construction. (No n.a from collector, no proper permission).The result of this is no bank is giving loan on this project.
3) he has done registered sale agreement to one of his client. ( I have the document) without any appropriate paper.
Now I have following questions.
1) how should I come out of this mess.
2) how I can get power attorney and development agreement get canceled.
3)what will happen to buyer who had taken the flat in project.
4) what will happen to construction builder has done on my plot till today.
5) can I get my plot back from this builder.
Pl reply in detail . Bcz your suggestion at this stage is very valuable for me.

Post 498a and making verbal complaints on husband's work
History: This is on a non working house wife & her parents, booked 498a at 5 different PS since 2004 and later compromised in lok adalat in a metro court in 2012.
2013 feb went to see a her relative's funeral in AP but took a wrong direction train,landed in Maharashtra unconscious after taking excess medication as given by psychiatrist. The local police admitted into a govt hospital and luckily no case booked on husband or his family.
And 2015 on petty argument /reasons she called police at home, but they did not book any case but advised to compromise.
Now 2016 since many days she is getting some consistent calls from husband's office esp unknown ladies giving all sorts of negative reports on husband, some politics by these girls/ladies not sure on their motives nor their names. Nor wife ready to reveal their names/stories.
Meanwhile wife starting believing those cooked stories , questioning on every hour while at work in office.
Consequently it has become very difficult to manage the office work and balance work-home life. Many times sudden unplanned leaves to be applied to stay at home to prove that there is no sexual meetings in office with the ladies she is thinking of.
Now if this continues & next possibly is to resign ,look for another pvt job which is very difficult to a job or worst case become UN-employee.
What is the right the husband have, to work peacefully or deal in this situation ?? and husband is sole bread winner for family of wife plus two young children?????
Experts I look you as a God through valuable direction and relief.
