Dear Sir,
I was employed with a Tulip Telecom Limited from Aug 2011 and superannuated in May 2013. The company has deducted PF from my salary since my joining and they have also deposited the same till Apr 2012. But since May 2012 my employer has stopped depositing PF to EPFO till my superannuation. I had sent five letters to CMD by registered post which went unresponded. Thereafter I have sent two registered letter to EPFO, New Delhi along with my appointment letter,salary structure, my relieving letter, salary slips and my bank a/c statement to substantiate my claims.
I have requested EPFO for Determination of my EPF amount and settlement of PF amount under Section 7A Sub Section 1(b) of EPF & MP Act 1952.
The EPFO has responded that the 7A enquiry has been initiated but not yet finalised and the records are with the Assistant Official Liquidator. The company is under liquidation. I had requested them to provide me the list of Employees for whom the company has deposited PF. EPFO has denied stating they cannot give 3rd party information. My asking was only to confirm whether the company has deposited PF for existing employees and left out employee who had resigned or superannuated.
Kindly advice how do I recover my PF dues. Whether EPFO is responsible to recover the same or individuals will have to fight the case for recovery with Tulip Telecom.

Dear Sirs,
I am complainant in a police case (CC) and accused have filed for discharge under sec 239.
For reasons unknown to me, public prosecutor is not very keen to file objections and created very weak objections despite of we having material in the case.
Being a police case, PP handling the matter. What are my options. Can I file objection myself?
I wait for your valuable guidance.

Is it allowed to discharge the ground rain water and roof rain water harvesting tank overflow to public street without drainage facility in the back side of house compound? The plot has public street with drainage facility in front side, but draining to back side street for their convenience. The place is in cochin corporation limits.

Respected sir / madam my name is n Naveen Kumar my father had expired 4 yrs ago.. Our native village is Gudur (my father's village) and we left the village about 35 yrs ago and living in a town which 5 km away. Our grandfather had owned 4acres of land in 1970's time and moreover the total SC community in that village had some pieces of land here and there .... My grandfather had 4 sons and 2 daughters including my father but As of now 4 sons expired... Since about 3 years they devided the land into open plots of each 130 sq.yrds and they shared themselves without indorming us even not given our part of land upon asking about our part they creating dispute and saying they not intend to give our part. And rest of land which belong whole sc people of that village started selling and Sharing their parts and they are taking my father's share too.. Unfortunately we do not have clear evidences but we have only a PAHANI papers nothing else ... The SARPANCH of the village also in favour them he is helpless to us... So far they taken land amount which was belonging to us ... When NH 163 constructing some piece of SC's land went under construction and they were given about a crore rupee as compansation but we were not informed and they taken our share. They are cheating us..some private people demanding 1 lac or above to solve our problem by negotiating ... We are unable to engage such costly people sir please show us a way to proceed as legal and how to solve our problem .... Thanking you sir

Hi, currently my divorce case is in progress and we have reached till Petitioner's evidence stage. I am supposed to submit documents.
Can you suggest following -
1) Is it necessary to present Third party (outside family) person's evidence in favor of me? My lawyer told me yes.
2) Is it necessary to present even my mother's affidavit as well, being a family person?
my in-laws are socially very influential people and have created a lot of pressure. Considering this, no body from society may become a supporter here.

Sir/Madame I am n Naveen Kumar loving a 24 year old girl since 4 years we r working as teachers at a same private school.. My caste is belong to SC (madiga) and she belong to BC ( goldsmith). My family members knew her well and they like her most....but her parents not accepting and they never accept anymore because as my caste is lower caste.... Very recently we have taken a decision that we will get registered marriage. So far I did not have any knowledge about registration marriage as where to get and what will be the procedure ...my kind request is that could you pls let us know the procedure ,time and cost ...our's is a same town and our place is near by Hyderabad city .. We don't want to consult police station I,e we won't like it becomes a issue in our home town.... Thanking you sir/madam

Sir,
Employee of Corporate Member is staying in the Society.
Society charges Corporate member Parking charges same as other members.(for its own vehicle.
Employee is treated as non member as far as parking is concerned and charged accordingly which is higher than the charged to member
Is it right?
If not please explain why?

family dispute
My name is Abdul wafa.
I lived in a village.
My question is about family dispute.
My father married a women and a baby girl born named mahjabi.
After few days mahjabi's mother died.
Then my father married a women and I borned.
After few days my father died and my mother married a man and went to Ahmedabad and left us.
Therefore I (Abdul wafa) and mahjabi are brother and sister.
We manage our life.
My sister is elder then me.
She take care of mine after parents.
She married a man and after few year I married his sister.
She is 67 year old now.
And I'm 51 year old.
After marriage of 40 year she is asking for her share. And I have two daughter. One daughter to marriage.
By the Muslim law and Indian la. There should be her share or not.
And if be then what percent.
Please sir help me to think about it.
