I am from Bangalore, Wife is from UP; currently Resp. is at her home since Nov 2015. filed divorce in 2016, 1st intimation of notice sent deleiberately they didnt received. 2nd intimation also sent by court but undelivered. Getting threatening calls from resp..that she would commit suicide and implicate whole family her father and brother giving threatening calls of implicating in various cases(have the call recordings); thougH i didnt received any notice on 498 or any other cases. They went to my brother in laws place and confronted there in aggressive n threatening mode.
Shall I file Non cognizable (attaching the certify copy of divorce petition) to both places at Bangalore and resp. local police station at UP. Pls. guide

Sir,
I have filed a PIL and obtained a high court order to remove encroachments in a street. Based on the court order the encroachments was evicted by town municipality on 25/11/2015.After 2 days the street encroachers got an interim order for 3 weeks against town municipality by hiding the real eviction done on 25/11/2015.Their interim order date was 26/11/2015. Now the interim order time was got over and no any stay is there.Now the town municipality is refusing to do eviction again and refusing to remove the encroachment.
Is there any way to get further order or direction from high court to redo eviction???
Please suggest me suitable steps sir to remove the encroachment.

I HAVE A OFFICE SPACE IN PATNA.I WANT TO MAKE A LEASE DEED WITH LEASEE.WHAT PRICE OF STAMP PAPER ,I SHOULD PURCHASE FOR DRAFT the said DEED.& by whom it should be purchase either by the leasee or lessor.what is the time period or time limitation for its registraion in bihar.Rent is more than 20000 & time period of lease is more than 2 yrs.How many Lease deed should prepared on required stamp paper fo both the partes- either one or two.

I got married on Feb 2013,now me and my husband separated from family life now living with my parents due to abuse & bad behavior of my husband,i had one year old female child with me. I am very clear not going to live with him hereafter.
My father in law and mother in law are not giving me back 25 sovereign gold given by us during marriage,
how to get back the 25 sovereign gold.
By complaining to all women police station, Or through court
my ex husband is a taxi driver, my caste is BC and my Husband cast is SC
he is involved in many criminal activities and a drunkard

dear all expert & honourable sir / madam,
i have a query regarding the benefit of caste changed from obc to sc . as i am working in psu sector ri8 now and have joined it while i was obc now in bihar my caste tanti has been changed to paan swaasi. my query is will i get the benefit during promotion as bihar gazzete has declared it that we r now no more obc and i am nt finding pan swaasi in govt of india gazeete central list as well.
kindly help!!!!

I have purchased a plot in singrauli, madhya pradesh with plot no. 197 and after some year i have purchased some part of plot no. 239 which was adjacent to my plot but when i started to constructing on that plot no. 239 the owener of plot no. 199 which Is adjacent to 239 and he is claiming that which part i have bought of 239, that is part of 199 and making voilence when i am trying to start construction, but my all documents are legal and verified...i want to know that can he take stay or anything when i will start construction on that part of plot no. 239?

Harrasment by third party for payment
One of my friend harassing me by pressurizing to pay his share amount which we lost in business, there is nothing in writing
he is using the rowdies and harrasing me on phone by using vulgar language and defaming me in front of my family and common friends as he cannot take any legal step to sue me for the loss amount.
please advise what action should i take
shall i hire a criminal lawyer and make a FIR in PS against him and to protect me from him and his hench man?
or i have to file a petition in court
