Hi All,
I am a Muslim guy who was in a relationship with a Hindu girl. I have been helping my ex girlfriend financially since we got into a relationship. She got pregnant while we were in a relationship and she got the child aborted. Before she broke up with me she claimed to be pregnant again but the test came negative. After we broke up, she started asking for money and told me to pay every penny she spent on me. I agreed because I never wanted her to be in trouble. She them claimed that she was pregnant and got the child aborted again. She had complication and paid 60k for treatment. She asked me to pay it too because it was my fault.
She also stated that he personal loan with HDFC was in default, again claimed my fault, and because of the police case needs to settle it with 2 lakh. She emotionally blackmailed me to sign some loan document and took 10 signed cheques from me. I've been paying 28k a month to her for it. She has been asking for more money every now and then claiming due to the complications her uterus is infected which needs to be removed. She did not let me take her to the hospital and kept asking for more money to get the operation done and get the uterus removed.
At this time I asked her for proof which she refused to show saying she doesn't need to prove anything. The loan documents which she got me signed with the help of her office friend is the one who she has been paying 28k which she is taking from me. I now got to know that she is engaged to the same guy.
I feel they both have plotted together to keep on taking money from me and I still have to make another 8 installments of 28k. No proof of loan provided to me yet. Please let me how can I save myself from them. I'm becoming financially weak month over month and going into depression.

Sir,
Kindly advice on the matter of transfer of membership in following situation
Papers of transfer of membership are submitted by daughter in law of the deceased member.
Two wills are submitted, one executed by Member in favour of son and other by son in favour of his wife.
Son expired before the demise of member.
Can in such case, will executed by member in favour of son is still valid, particularly when son expired before member?
Is there any way to ascertain the genuineness of wills executed?
All the wills are on plain paper.
The doubt has arised because of the fact that member had approached the society for making nomination in favour of three family members, on demise of son. Before submission of nomination, member also expired.
Thanks
Baba

Is the Supreme Court judgement in regard to prospective effect of Hindu Succession Amendment Act, 2005 applicable in case of property in West Bengal?
For simplicity, please assume the following.
Mr.A died in 1999. He has 4 children, two sons and two daughters(both of them got married before 1999). Mr. A had a house property in west bengal(covered by dayabhaga) and it has not yet been registered to anybody's name after his death. Whether the daughters have rights on this property? or whether the property belongs to the two sons only?
Regards.
Seperation of self earned property among brothers
Sir older brother acquired X property through his effort and hard work. But while registering the document of that property he entered his younger brother & his wife as co-owner of that property. Now older brother wants to remove his brother & bhabi name from this property. How can he proceed?
1) Take Gift Deed from brother & Bhabi?
2) Take Relinquish Dedd from them?
3) Take release Deed from them?
In order to avoid future consequences what is the best solution for him?
Plz guide.
