Elderly woman sexually harassing young man

Dear Expert,
My nephew is 23 years, unmarried, pursuing CA after his graduation. A lady, aged about 45 who stays in the adjacent building is sexually harassing my nephew for sometime. She would call him from PCOs and tell him that she loves him and wants to sleep with him. Her husband stays outstation on account of transferable job. This lady is a mother of a girl, who is studying in university. A year ago, a courier in my nephews name, by mistake of the delivery man landed in her hand, which was sent to my Sister ( my nephew's mother ) through her domestic help. Most likely, that time she got my nephew's cell number. On the contrary, she is spreading rumour in the locality ( through maid servants, milkman, LPG delivery man) that my nephew is desperate to have sex with her.
Is their any law, by which such women could be restricted to harass young men?

Regards,
Sabir

125 crpc

respected sir,
family court has granted an interim maintenance of Rs15000 to my wife till the proceedings of the case but now my case is on last stage of deciding the final maintenance amount.
The case is running for the last one years and the amount goes to approx 15000 @12 months which is nearly 180000. if the court allows her a final maintenace of RS8000 then what i have to pay . MY lawyer said that the whole amount interim is converted into 8000 from the date of filing or order date. Is it true or not that what i have to pay 8000 @ 12 months that is 96000. or i have to pay 15000 @12 months 180000. Does the interim maintenance is converted into final maintenance from the date of interim order or not. kindly suggest

Can I live with former lover n file petition for divorce?

Hello Sir, Really need some suggestions,
I was in a 5 years long relationship with a guy, we both loved each other.
We got involved in this because we thought we can be life partners, we
assumes that we are married. however unfortunately i married to some
another guy whom my parents introduced me 5 or 6 months back, as they
wanted me to marry in same caste at any cost. now its almost 2 and
half months of my marriage, i came to know this guy is already a
divorcee (which my family member knows before my marriege), heavy
alcoholic (drinks almost dailly), abuses me daily, have beaten me
brutally twice, even her younger sister have slapped me, now i am in
my parents house for holi festival have told everything to my parents
they are not ready to help me to file a divorce petition, my parents
have told me that i have to adjust with him or his insane family,
but now i want to unite with my former lover for whole life, i realize
that i did big mistake for sake of my family,
So my question is can i go and live with my former lover and apply for
divorce from the location he is working? because i do'nt have anyone
in my life to help me except him.
Waiting for suggestions.

Property sold during pending litigation

We had filed a suit for Declaration and permanent injunction suit. The suit was decreed in our favour in both Lower court and Lower appellate court. The suit is pending in highcourt.

The defendant sold the property -Some during when the suit was in First appeal and some now when matter is still in highcout.

What is the course of action for us.

Do we need to institute a separate suit again against all the purchaser once we get the judgement in high court?

Since the property is sold to many person since the land was converted as residential plot and sold we don't want include everybody as a party now in the existing suit. We are afraid it might delay the proceedings in Highcourt
