Dear Sir,
The Husband being a bank officer was caught taking bribe and later the same was proved inCourt gave sentece of 5 years. That he is presentely on bail only through High Court order.
That the attitude of such Husband has drastically changed after such relese from bail. He is pressuring his wife to sell off his gold ornaments and doing other types of cruelty.
The wife want to take action against his husband for such cruelty and lodge FIR.Advice is seeked as to where she should file the FIR. Presently She is at place X in Husband`s House but he fears that the husband will revert badly.
She wants to lodge FIR at his maternal place Y where she feels would be safe
Can she File FIR at Place Y against her husband, Also can she file suit for maintenance at Place Y

I have booked a flat in Mar 2013. Its now ready to move . Pending for me to take ownership.
I want to sell the property now.
Builder has provided an option to transfer the rights to buyer by paying them 1% of the property sale amount.
I have already paid the service tax .
Do the buyer(the person I am selling the property to) has to pay service tax again ??

I have an educational loan of 3.21 lacs.total outstanding amount as of today is 3.05 lacs.bank asked me to settle it in lok adalat.we reached to an agreement to close the loan accnt after payment of 1.75 lacs in lok adalat.but i managed to deposit 1.55 lacs. i am not able to pay remaining 20k rs.what will be the consequences? Can bank consider my situation and issue noc?

I have a client who wants to put his personal property in HUF property pool.
Advice from experts will be highly appreciated.
1) What type of agreement should be made if personal property is to be put in the HUF property pool?
2) Will there be any stamp duty on the above for Maharashtra State?

why builder is saying sale deed is not needed. he is going to do a conveyance deed after selling 60% of flats bank is asking for sale deed for top up loan.

My late father had a self acquired property
He made a will to distribute his property among the two sons, one married daughter & one daughter in law ( widow of my brother )all three members make an illegal changes in land records by joining hand with revenue peoples they have done it without my knowledge fact of matter they took undue advantage as I was living long away from my native for job. brother & sister in law sale almost double of their share as allotted to them in father's will , this happened in year 2007 , My brother keep me informing that the land is given on lease , but in year 2012 I came to know that, they have sale the land to land mafia , who didn't allow me to enter in my own land , He threaten me to kill if I again go there, I went to local police but it has no use , they didn't take any action , I ask the local lawyers to help me , but they keep me telling that there is time limit to file the suite , I feel helpless & cheated , due to this act I was shocked & became mentally & physically weak & loose my job which is the only incoming source for my family, I don't know what to do , please help me.

Mujhe bina kisi notice ke job se alag kar diya hai aur tl se hr se tak ful and final ke liye sabhi mujhe resignation ke liye kah rahe hain. Aug 2011 se 4year ab tk maine ek bhi leave nahi li
Aur ful and final cheque 2300 hai jo mai nahi liya.
Aur khas bat ye hai ki ek sath mere office ke 9 employs k sath aisa hua hai jo same post par hain. Baki sab working par hai
