Dear Expert,
In May 2008, The husband of the member (who does not hold share in the property) applied for associate membership with duly filled form. But the relevant fees was not paid at that time. The Managing committee (MC) had passed the resolution in June 2008 approving the application in which the proposer of the resolution was absent as the signature is missing in the attendance record of the same MC meeting held.
Now the member has tendered the associate membership fees in Feb 2016 and asking the MC to accept the fees to regularise the membership.
The AGBM had adopted the New model byelaws of 2014 in Sept 2015 and sent the same to registrar for approval in Nov 2015. The previous registered bye law is of 2002.
Please help on knowing what steps should the MC take in this matter.

SIR,
MY BROTHER GOT MARRIED TO A LADY WHO'S QUALIFICATION IS M.TECH. AT THE TIME OF MARRIAGE SHE WAS WORKING. SUBSEQUENTLY AFTER MARRIAGE SHE RELOCATED TO MY BROTHER'S PLACE AND LATER FILED 498-A. IN THE JUDGEMENT OF 498-A MY PARENTS NAMES WERE DROPPED. AND MY BROTHER'S SENTENCE WAS REDUCED FROM ONE YEAR TO SIX MONTH WHEN WE WENT OF APPEAL. NOW WE HAVE FILED AN APPEAL AGAINST THE SIX MONTHS SENTENCE.
AFTER MARRIAGE THEY HAVE ONE SON WHO IS PRESENTLY STAYING WITH HIS MOTHER. NOW THE LADY HAS CLAIMED FOR MAINTENANCE AND THE COURT HAS PASSED AN ORDER FOR RS.12,000/- FOR BOTH WIFE AND SON.
MY QUESTION IS WHETHER THE WIFE IS ELIGIBLE FOR MAINTENANCE WHEN IS WELL QUALIFIED AND IS ALSO PRESENLTY WORKING IN AN ENGINEERING COLLEGE AS A FACULTY.
Respecte Sir,
I am the petitioner in OS/36/2013 IA pending, at the senior civil judge at Shadnagar, for recovery of possession suite. And the property was not partition among the pattadars and hisadars, total Six Pattadars was there in the survey no and my five uncles gifted the 0.35 guntas land to my brother and he also become the pattadar and my brother died long back and know his legal heirs are trying to sell that suite land in which (recovery of possession suite case is pending).
Now I have the fear who ever purchase the property he will take the possession for stoping him I want to take injuction order or ad-interim injunction.
Whether I will get the injunction order or not, my brother didn’t get that property by family settlement just that was gifted land, by my uncles.
Kindly guide me what to do. For stoping the third party to take the possession of the suit land.
