My case pending before Labour Officer for re-instant. I want to obtain all my ACR record from employer. As the employer is private organisation can I obtain the ACR record through RTI or court. Please advice.

Dear experts,
I have a order copy of HC (already settled) in which HC denied the maintenance to my wife because she is working lady but HC charged over me some monthly payment for my child (custody with wife)
My lawyer submitted in HC that I am working in Private MNC but now I lost my job and nothing doing now and one more maintenance case is pending in DV case and I replied in DV case already.
Now arguments going to held on maintenance so how can I seek the maintenance from my wife so that court order my wife to give maintenance to me instead of getting money from me for child.

I am residing in Borivali Mumbai in mhada society which is in the name of my father. By society record I am nominee person. 2 nd July 2011 my father was expired. Society suggested me to make noc affidavit by other family members. So my sister & my mother issue me that they both have no objection to change the name in society register. According to society mc I have submitted all documents & society mc also transfered my name in society register. Now problem is mhada concern told us that transfer authority is not comes under society .But society had already inform to mhada authority. Now mhada told us to submit again all papers . My problem is my sister staying at Goa & my mother staying at kolhapur village.It is difficult .so what u suggest? Pl.replay thanks

That The suit has been filed by the Bank for recovery of agri.loan amount The advocate of opponent has submitted an written argument that The Money Recovery Powers has been vested to collector hence no direct suit can be filed for such recovery.
so pls. let me know that whether suit can be filed without approaching the collector forum first? or else now what should be the defence for the Bank?

sir my d.o.b on 10th certificate is 23-06-98 and on my birth certificate it is written as 23-06-1997. I have passed 10 3 years ago so d.o.b on it can be changed. so i just wanted to know can i apply for a new birth certificate. is it illegal??

a settlement has been arrived at between employer and employee for final settlement of industrial dispute. Since gratuity is protectedby statute, can it be contracted away by such a settlement; if it cannot be contracted away can he claim gratuity in such an event.

Sir,
I'm ST of Arunachal Pradesh, India and working as UDC under the Govt. Of Arunachal Pradesh. I had been posted at Dibrugarh, Assam for temporarily, till further order from govt. Since many years I have been paid income tax to the govt. But, I still need to confirm whether ST has to paid the tax even if he/she ia posted at Assam or any other region where income tax is mandatory?
