Hi. I have been married for the past 2.5 years. I now have a 1.5 years old boy baby. And I am planning for a divorce now because of my wife's behavior. If I go for divorce, my baby will be with me or with my wife? Also, do I need to give any money to her as settlement? If so, how much?

I have received some important documents through email. Like Loan Sanction Letter and Disbursement Letter.
Can any notary, notarize these documents. It has to be submitted to a department.

Good Morning!!
The statement of facts are given below -
1. Person read an advertisement in bus of tantric fr vashikaran and all with mobile numbers.
2. He was suffering from a problem since long.
3. He approached at given mobile number.
4. Tantric requested Rs 3500 initially, and confirmed about solution of problem with vashikaran with 48 hours.
5. Next day he said some problem is in between, so he required some more money Rs 17000 for another item.
6. The he again assured for completion of task within a day.
7. Again he showed the problem in between, further requested some amount, moving in same manner he collected Rs 320000 total in a month with different kind of assurances.
8. After a month he said due to big issue problem cant be resolved.
9. Person requsted to at least something else in recovery of money and all, at least betterment in business/service.
10. Finally he said for he cant do anything instead of prayer.
11. Person has recording of telephonic communication done at those mobile.
12. All money has been transferred with bank transaction with internet banking.
At the final note, after collecting huge money he denied.My question are -
1. Is vashikaran/Tantric acts are legal in india ?
2. In this particular case, is any legal remedy possible for this particular case ? safegaurding the person ?
3. If this is not legal, how the open advertisement is being done at buses and all ?
Kindly help in matter as subject lost huge amount..how the money can be safely recoverd.

I have signed Da agreement with builder .I being the treasurer signed agreement with builder.now the stage is plan gone for bmc approval.I have come to know after redevelopment it is to hard to get change of user ,username. Therefore I request you to advise me what to do in this situation. My agreement it is mentioned as shops not as hotel
Unknowingly I have signed agreement,I have bar and restaurant since 35 years,I would like to if there is any rule to work done by builder itself or after redevelopment this changes can be done NY me ,please suggest

My property was fraudulently transferred by Stranger or land graber who has no right in 2009 under registered sale deed. It has come to my Knowledge in april-2013.But I was not deprived off from my possession by purchaser of land till this minitue. If I try to file a suit for declaration of title and for cancellation of sale deed in march 2016, Judge says it is not maintainable in point of limitation even though I issued a legal notice in April 2013. whether limitation starts from the date of registration or from the date of knowledge to real owner. JUdge says you have to prove that you dont have knowledge about registration in order to number the suit. Tell me the authority and citation in point of limitation in above case.

Hi All,
I had filed a complaint u/s 138 of NI Act. Accused convicted for the same but trial Court awarded minimum sentence and compensation. I want to prefer appeal for enhancement of sentence and compensation. Please advice me in which Court I can file appeal and under which section. Thanks

hello sir...filed case in consumer court...has given last chance on 6/5/16 to OP.....even op does not appear on 6/5 ....wat will happen???....wat will happen if court give ex parte order on OP, consquences, benefits to me??....how will court give orders??....

sir my wife live separate since 10 june 2013 till now
we married in 24 june 2012. on 4/2/2013 i and my wife was left my parents home in between she is pregnant for 4 months my father debarred me from his all property in march 2013, after her parents knows this that my father is debarred me from his property she left me on 10 /june 2013 with his father and relatives and also in presence of police from my rental home. after that she filed first complaint in women commission on 14 june 2013, and second she filed another complaint in caw cell on december 2014 ,after that fir been registered because any settlement not ,she also file dv case 498a 406 34 and 125 crpc
i was also filed a case rcr in july 2013 ,
in dv case she awarded maintenance rs.4000 and 2000 for her boy child, in my case rcr she was attended any date except her parent and her lawyer on april 2015 i decide to file divorce because she can not ready to join me .
sir my question is she spoil her life because of her parents but i want marriage again because i am still living separate from my family at rental accommodation her parents tell me that she cannot give me divorce in any way and whole life she is live with her parents so
my question is that there is any other way atleast one way for i marry again
if i m hindu there is no law for second marriage if i change my religion in other caste like muslim or chirtian etc.

Dear Eminent Lawyers,
Last year i took a term policy on own life. LIC asked me to undergo an extensive medical test lasting about 4 hours. The test was clear and i paid the premium amount as told to me.
They didn't send me the policy at all.
Later after six months, they again asked me to under go medical test and my agent told me that LIC has put me under observation.
This second test also was clear.
Still they didn't send my policy and no communiciationat all. recently when i contacted my agent he found from LIC office that they are expecting more premium from me.
Then i have sent them a letter asking why they didn't send me my policy. today i got a letter from them that they have sent my policy to higherups and they have acceptd my poicy with higher premium amounting to approx. 52K.
Now i have touched the age of 60 and no insurance company would take my policy with standard premium.
I lost the advantage and i am planning to sue LIC for depriving me the benefit of availing the insurance for the benefit of my family.
kindly do let me know how do i proceed.
i am from navi mumbai .
