hi,
I am a hindu male belong to Brahmin Family and want to marry a muslim girl.
there is an issue that girl's family wants me to do NIKAH as per muslim rituals for which i have to get convert into Muslim community.
1. is it necessary to change my name for the same??
2. i asked the mother of girl that i will do NIKAH but will not sign any legal document for changing the name into muslim name and also regarding conversion, she is ok with that. so is it possible?
3. most important if i and that girls do court marriage with our actual names and then i do nikah with muslim name and she do marriage with hindu rituals with hindu name just for the happiness of our parents then which marriage will be legally valid??
4. i and that girl wants to make an agreement that we do court marriage first with our actual names and religion and after that we do nikah and shadi with different names and we only want that court marriage will be known as valid marriage and we will be known withour actual names, then is it possible?

We (me, my mom and my sister) were living in an rented house in punjab without any agreement at a rent of 3000 since 3 last years payable in cash against rent receipts. Our land lord gave us oral notice but we were unable to vacate the property due to some reasons. So the land lady along with some ladies thrown our all stuff in an truck and forcefully vacated us. Now I want to know what action can we take against them. And what time will be taken in the procedure ? What damages I can recover and will I be able to get the room too?
Also we went to local police but they did nothing. Are they right in this regard? They said its civil matter we can't do anything

A company ABC Ltd wants to demerge with PQR Pvt Ltd its group company by transferring an undertaking along with all its assets and liabilities. ABC Ltd is a Debt listed company and it has issued debentures in past against the undertaking which will be transferred.
Now in this demerger the debentures issued in the name of ABC Ltd will also be transferred to PQR Pvt Ltd, so the question is that how this change will be intimated to ROC as Form PAS-3 (issue of securities) and Form CHG-9 (creation of charge for debentures) is already filed with ROC by ABC Ltd. ABC Ltd cannot redeem the debentures and satisfy the charge due to insufficient fund. So what are the other ways to intimate ROC for the said change other than the filing of High Court order in (Form INC-28).

Dear All,
My son bit into a digestive candy of a famous pharma company of Indian manufacture which was ordered online. He suddenly felt a prick in the mouth and on taking the half bitten candy out of his mouth, he found a stapler pin embedded in it. I have got the proof along with the wrapper and even the packet which it came in.
What action could one take from the initial start for the same. Do we put it in the media, sue them or ask for a compensation. I would not like to go through years of court hearings and spend a bomb without knowing the final results and want a quick way out. At the same time would like to create awareness of the same incident to the mass.
Kindly guide.

Sir I had a relationship with a girl from past 6 years... We both loved each other and wanted to married as soon as possible.. We both talked to our familly but girl parents meet my parents..everything was going good but suddenly they refused for marriage.. Then I told the girl let's we both marry in court..sir she also refused And the girl is also saying what should I do if my parents are not accepting this marriage... Sir I did everything for her and now she left me alone.. Sir I am mentally torchered..she played with my life.. Whatever I thought for my feature nd whatever was my dream she played with it... Sir I request you if there is someway to solve the problem or punishment for her as per Indian law then please suggest me... As soon as possible...Sir i'll ever be thankful for your kindness.. Plss sir.. Plsss sir think about it

Sir, My wife filed dv case on me and my mom. She is getting maintenance from 125 and with dv she has prayed for maintenance ND return of stridhan. Only told mental cruelty and for dowry she alleged. No date and time mentioned. And she is working Whr as in affidavit she said she is not working. I hav to give reply of that petition. What prelimnary Objectionals I should file. Can I file interrogatories. Plz help me

I was hired by Heritage Desk solutions Pvt Ltd as content writer on 29th March. From the day one they forced me to do something else, like web designing, PR and Marketing. I did to save my job, but on 28th April my boss called me and said we need someone to handle marketing and PR and I told her to hire someone. She said no you do it, I said I'll do it but my priority would be content writing as I was hired for content and my profilr is of a content writer. She said find another job an don't come from tomorrow. I have worked 10,12 hours daily for 8 hours job and sometimes 14,16 hours. Why should I do now? I haven't got my salary yet.
