Sir. My wife was working in session court hoshiarpur punjab as clerk on adhoc basis and joined on 18 august 2013. At joining time she was pregnant about 4 month. After that she fot maternity leave from January 15 to 15 march 2014 she joined her duty after maternity leave on 16 march 2014during this the department have not released her salary.can we get the salary of the said period od maternity leave.if yes then how. Please help me

Sir i am working in consumer forum as a clerk. I have been transferred to other district while my wife is workinf at same station where is was working. I have a littel child . My mother is about 65 years and my father has been expored. Iur head has been transferred me because i filed a r.t.i application regarding recruitment in other dorum where my was going to be selected but on that post they have appointed their own person without transparent recruitment. We comes under punjab civil services rules will u help me wether i would be come back on my earlier station or not. Can i get stay on this order. Please help me

I HAVE PURCHASED A FLAT ON 28/03/2016 ALL AGREEMENTS ARE REGISTERED ON SAME DATE BEFORE WHICH I HAD GOT A NOC FROM THE SOCIETY. I HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS TO THE SOCIETY ON 30/03/2016 ALONG WITH TRANSFER FEE CHEQUES AND MEMBERSHIP FEE CHEQUES AND THE SAME WERE BEING DEPOSITED BY THE SOCIETY AND ARE BEING CLEARED FROM MY ACCOUNT ON 06/04/2016. THE SOCIETY IS NOT EVEN GIVING ME ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF DOCUMENTS FILLED WITH THEM AND EVERY TIME I ENQUIRE THEY ARE ASKING FOR FURTHER TIME AS THEY COULD NOT HOLD THE MEMBERS MEETING.
Q1. WHAT IS THE TIME PERIOD WITHIN WHICH THEY HAVE TO TRANSFER THE SHARES IN MY NAME.
Q2. CAN THEY DEPOSIT THE CHEQUES BEFORE MAKING ME A MEMBER OR TRANSFERRING SHARES IN MY NAME.

I want to charge my tenant for supply of electricty based on sub meter installed. Charging will be in no profit basis i.e on actual as per Bill recd to me by utility. Say for 100 units I receive Bill for 500 I will charge tenant Rs. 100 on 20 units as per su meter. Will it be legally ok.

I want to purchase a residential plot in Ghaziabad, But when start searching out, what I find is many dealers are doing plotting on agriculture lands, and mentioning that they have converted these land u/s 143 for residential use.
Now my question is if these plots are legal and worthy to buy. Who will do developments in these plots? Nagar Nigam or GDA? If yes, then what are the precautions should i take and what documents should i ask for, if my purpose to buy that plot is residential."

Sirs/madam, we are living in 5 cents, in a village of Coimbatore district for more than 50 years..... My father and his elder brother(not married) are living together here for more than 40 years.... But there is no patta as it is a grama mandhai land..... My father's elder sister got married 30 years before so they are not living at this place..... How to get patta for my father and his brother? VAO is new, and she is threaten by her clerk that my father has sister like tat..... She refuses to give even house owner certificate..... Even we are the one who live for decades there but not getting patta.... My father pays electric bill, water bill, house tax (around 20 years).... How to apply for patta if VAO does like this??.... Or our fathers sister can claim anything?? Judicial solutions are there?? Please help by giving good answer and way.... Thanks

Dear experts,
I am greatful to all of you for your help in current times. I have many cases on me 498a,307,406,494 etc got AB. But now I got court notice on dv. Where it's been asked for monetary loss of income around 1.5 k nd shared accommodation in my parental house. Although same has been asked in 144 nd 107 previously both the cases dropped in 1st date itself. Now 406 recovery they r not cooperating with police not coming for recovery of matrimonial gift as she now wants to live in matrimonial home. After doing all such cases like 498, 406, 307, 494 many more. Now my question to the learned experts here, that whether it's game plan for them to pass residence order on dv by not taking 406. What should I do now. I am thanking all learned experts in advance as always your guidance helped me a lot. I am also thank full to this excellent platform of lawyers club.
