Hello,
WE had some issue with the society, but now we have resolved the matter with mutual consent. however the lawyer we appointed is not allowing us to close the case. Every time we get a date date he just extends it. Although the we have sorted the mutually with society, they have requested to close the case, after that we will be getting our Share Certificate. So my question is how can I get my case closed, with out the lawyer or the process to change the lawyer.

Dear All,
I borrowed an educational loan to complete MBA studies. But as I have not got any job till date so I am not able to repay the loan amount on regular basis. My father is trying to repay the loan amount as much as he can. But he also finds it difficult to repay the interest on loan on regular basis. We applied the branch manager to reduce interest percentage or make it easier so that I can able to repay it but the branch managers are not talking about any such possibilities.
Last week I received a bank loan statement where I found that the bank already transferred around Rs.17000 from a savings account to the loan account. These saving account is a joint account where 1st holder is my mother and 2nd holder is my father!
While I asked for explanation they told me that as I couldn't able to make any payment for 3 months and my father was the loan guarantor so they made such transaction without any intimation. The manager also threatened me that he will suite on me and my father!
1.Did they make right thing?
2.Is it possible that without any intimation they can transfer money from any account which is related to my family members?
3.My parents are feeling insecure and asking me if the bank can transfer money from other bank accounts also?
Do help me. What immediate measures should I take at present?

My father had self aquired property, which was alloted to him by his organisation in 1988, thru' hire purchase scheme. After his death in Jan 2003, property got further transferred to my mother's name in 2008, as she was nominated 100%( sole) by my father.My mother died in Mar 2015, who nominated me 100%( sole nominee), and so property got transferred to my name in Nov 2015.The share certificate is on my name.
I have 2 sisters and 1 brother.
As the Hindu Successation act 1956, got amended, which says" if the father is dead before Sept 2005, then daughters do not get their share in father's property".
I need to know whether my sisters have any right as a legal heir to get share of the property, if i sell it now.

Can Non Occupancy charges be levied from a flat owner if he has locked his flat and does not stay in it, he has not rented it but keeps it vacant.

Sir,I m a teacher in a Pvt school. I m married for last 13 years having 2 daughters aged 11 & 5 yrs. My wife is also MA , BEd.but she do not do any thing she lives in home. She is very fond of shoping from the time before marriage.Since our marriage there had hardly gone any month when we don't have quarrel. She used to abuse me every time with bad words like street livers and beats my daughters brutally every day. She want me to spend money wherever & whenever & immediately irrespective of my budget. She do not listen to any one and herself donot tell anything by herself.Due to these reasons I could not concentrate in my school & slowly going in depression. I have tried to harm myself in the quarrels rather then hitting her. I m mentally being tortured.
All my tactics to bring her on right path have failed. I do not want to spend my life with such a partner . I want to get separated or divorce from her. Plz help me.

Sir, my wife had almost daily quarrel with me over any issue related to money. She beats our daughters almost every time though she knew that I don't like it. I m being mentally tourtured from last 13 years . She abuses me very much much irrespect of that we are well to do people with enough income. I do not want to live with her. Moreover she did not want me to go away from home if I want for peace.
Sir please suggest me how to get separated from my wife.

MIDC leasehold rights transfer to blood relative
We are leasehold right holder for MIDC plot along with my uncle (mothers brother). Now can my uncle transfer his share of leasehold rights in the name of my mother by executing a gift deed. What will be expense towards stamp duty and registration...?
