I have filed suit under section 6 specific relief act but i have combined 2 plaintiffs and 2 immovable properties the suit is against one defendant is the suit maintainable?

sir,iam working in central government and my wife is posted at same station 40 km apart in state government.both are peramanent worker.i had been transfered to north east.My wife is pregnant.i have takemn 2 posting at hard area.transfer policy of our department is not followed.can i go to CAT for this.

respected seniors, can anyone tell me the difference between the complaint under section 156(3), 190 and 200 of Cr.P.C.
If i filed a complaint under section 190 whether the magistrate will order for investigation under section 156(3) or directly take cognizance.? or whether i have to file a separate complaint under section 156(3).?
and third, when the pre-summoning of evidence comes in to the picture?

Sirs/madam, we are living in 5 cents, in a village of Coimbatore district for more than 50 years..... My father and his elder brother(not married) are living together here for more than 40 years.... But there is no patta as it is a grama mandhai land..... My father's elder sister got married 30 years before so they are not living at this place..... How to get patta for my father and his brother? VAO is new, and she is threaten by her clerk that my father has sister like tat..... She refuses to give even house owner certificate..... Even we are the one who live for decades there but not getting patta.... My father pays electric bill, water bill, house tax (around 20 years).... How to apply for patta if VAO does like this??.... Or our fathers sister can claim anything?? Judicial solutions are there?? Please help by giving good answer and way.... Thanks

Sir, i got final orders for two different types of maintenance one is crpc-125 rs, 6000pm and another DV act rs.17000pm. I am paying both amounts for my wife, it is very burden to me kindly advice.

hi, this is raj i met with an accident today early hours at 2.30 am im in 4 wheeler which is my friends vehicle but i've license, c.book but car insurance is xpired 4 months back,opp. person on 2 wheeler his bike is not having lights. on highway im gng, sudenly he came on road at a smal junction i tried to stop my vehicle bt unfortunately accident hapend on spot he fell on my car and he got uncontious bt there is no blood from him. my car head lights, banet, front mirror are damaged.me & some surrounding people take him to hospital in 108 vehicle. later on police people came to spot take the 2 vehicles to police station still case is not registered but patient is shifted to chni govt hospital. In this situation what is the solution can anybody help to survive

My family won a high court land dispute case in 2004 but the board of revenue didn't sign 'amal daramad ' paper till now. On 4/5/2016 (the day when police had to tell the people who were illegally occupying our land to leave the place) my dad and 3 other people were in our farm, a group of around 20 people attacked them and burnt our car tractor and 2 people were injured. My dad fired in the air from his licensed gun in self defence and somehow reached a nearby home and called SO. Police came and took my dad and in the evening told my mom that my dad is unsafe so we will keep him in police station for his security. We didn't know that the attack was preplanned and the SO SHO and SSP were fooling us. They didn't file our FIR but the FIR of the other party was filed on the same day at 10:30 pm falsely implicating my dad uncle my brother (who was not even in the same city)under section 307( other sections 147 148 149 504 506). We got to know that SO SSP were under political pressure(I also know the political leader's name). My dad is in police custody. The price he is paying for being honest. Fought court land dispute case for 20 years. Even HC judgement was in our favour) Our FIR was finally lodged after 3 days. They charged him u/s 307 on what basis. There was no one who got shot. Police blindly ignored the burnt car and burnt tractor and medical reports of 2 injured people of our side. Please help and suggest what should I do. I would be very grateful. I have all the documents of the court case. Please come forward and give your suggestions.

in 498a case is at evidence stage from 2013 and complainant not attending date , can i file application for cost of traveling and for warrant for complainant for trail.
