Hello experts
From my sisters account 80000 rupees were withdrawn by ATM by some other person. She stays in pune and the transactions were done from.mumbai. The atm card was in her possession. We filed the case before cyber cell and bank but almost 6 months passed no results. And even they are not interested in solving the problem.
My query is can I file case before consumer forum for deficiency in service by bank?

This is Avinash Agunde. I stay at devipada Borivali East. My area is under SRA development project by Devipada SRA CHS Grihnirman.
I stay here since 1992 and have all the legal documents. In spite of that as per Annexure 2 released by mhada, it's showing "room closed" against my room.
Since last 3 years I am taking follow up of Mhada, have already provided them all required documents but every time they give one or the other excuse. And till date my room is not eligible.
I'll be very thankful if you can guide me how to proceed. Is there any way or provision in law I can ask Mhada authority about the same.

Dear All,
I sold my property @ 20 lacs but one cheque which was amount to Rs. 2 lacs which was entered into the sale deed was not given to me by the Buyer. I signed executed the sale deed in favour of the buyer and give possession. I sent notice but no reply.
Can i file sale deed cancellation in civil court?

I request valued opinion of rent and property law expert on following
1. Is there any exemption on basis of monthly rent form applicability of Rent control act in Haryana?
2.Are there any other exemptions
3. Does 11 months lease agreement under Transfer of property act section 106 valid vis a vis rent control act?
4. Is leave and licence agreement valid in Delhi and Haryana and does it need to be registered?
5. Is there any special causes for property situated in haryana within NCR region?

I have installed cctv outside my home to view visitor movements of common staircase after taking permission from the society. My neighbourer on the reason of encroachment of privacy has objected to instllation of cctv citing reasoning as why i should see who is coming and going from his home. My main door and his main door are opening in common staircase and are abutting . On two occasions his son has cut the cctv wire passing from staircase to make cctv non functional.i have video footage for the same. Can i make a criminal case against him and file FIR against him with police if yes under what act.Police had earlier on my complaint had filed NC . Is this causing damage to cctv by cutting wire of it to make it non functional covered under cyber crime. What charges can be made against him. Is providing cctv in staircase legally permissable which is common space. Kindly advice.

sir i have not resigned from job but employer send false reliving letter while hold my salary also. and threaten by Gun Man whethr i can file Criminal complaint. Service contract dispute is criminal dispute..

A case prakash v/s sarkar - I.P.C 323 and 341 is running in district court against me.Two years has passed away still evidences are going on. I am a doctor and my opposition doesn't wants to comprise, they just wants to ruin my career .So i wants to know :
1.*If i plead guilty and given 12 P.O benefit than how will it affect my career ?
*If selected i will be given government job or not?
*After plead guilty they can appeal for High Court or not?
2.If i fight for win and case remains pending then joining will be given or not?
3.If i forward my case to lok adalat and plead guilty there than what will be its benifits?
4.What does 12 P.O benefit means?

If the secretary of chs fills the bond but doesnt sign will it be considered as valid and can he carry on as secretary of society
