Dear experts,
Pls. guide me on the below issue-
I had filed for quashing in high court against of discharge rejection order of lower court in my criminal case. However high court had dismissed my quashing petition. I am planning to move to supreme court against this.
However, I have a date in the lower court next week & court might proceed to frame charges.
Is there any provision or ruling that I can present so that lower court doesn't proceed with framing of charge till any order comes form supreme court.
Since, I am still in the process of oving to SC, I do not hv any stay order yet.
Pls help me with sections/ruling.

i wish to appoint my son as a associate
member in my housing society i wish
to know what will be his position after my death whether he will still continue as member or he will cease
to be associate member, what will be the position of my share remaining after part transfer in favor of assosiate member after appointing a associate member whether i can still do nomination of some other
person for my flat.

I had account in axis bank and they made fixed deposits of amount wthout my consent 6 years back.i agnored that time,but when I remember this it makes me uneasy.
In oct 2015 they upgraded my account and simply increased minimum balance. I was abroad and got message on my mobile that maintain balance. when I asked relationship manager she told ignore meassge and they started deducting money for non-maintenance of account.
now I closed account. but want to file case. is it possible to file case. please guide.

My wife put cases like 498A DP Act ,DV act for maintenance on me on ,arch 2012 ,
I have filed FIR on her on March 2016 because of her false affidavits in all the courts during maintenance stage she had given false affidavits on her employment and finally it got proved in the court that she was working .
She filed for divorce in November 2015 in the family court asking for 50 lakhs alimony ,
now i came to know that My wife is in relationship with a man from the past 14 months ,her parents and my wife and this man all are staying together in a different city .
I have followed her along with my 3 friends and we all seen their walk ,shopping and going to parks
So i have few documentary evidences and also my friends will come to police/court for witness when ever court needed .
I have collected few evidences and address and that man's address full name,mobile number and photo and permanent address .
Also i had got that marriage invitation soft copy through our mutual friend who had attended this un official marriage event at their big house in mysore .
What to do now ? please help me .

Good evening expert, i am jatin and want ao ask some solution of my matter, sir i am holding one flat in building, building consist of 12 falt out of which 3 flat is sold including me and other 9 flat is still in possesion of building owner which he had given on rent, now our peoblem is as below
1. The bore of building is dry and giving water so building owner has taken 5000 each from falt owner and he has provide water supply form his bunglow bore which is adjecent to building now he has discontinued water supply.
2. The building ownernhas not even taken meter of building and using our meter for provindening light etc.
3. He his not even helping to transfer name in municipal and electricity dept.
Pls suggest what to do?

WE HAVE WON THE CASE IN LOWER COURT IN THE BONAFIDE NEED CLASS
NOW THE TENNANT HAS MOVED IN SESSION COURT
OUR LAWYER HAS MAKE THE APPLICATION IN MEANS OF RENT ON FIRST APPEAL, BUT WE R NOT GETTING ANY RENT DEED OF SOROUNDINGS SHOP WHICH IS ASKED BY OUR LAWYER...
