Global expression of interest

Dear sir, Namaskar,

My query are as follows:

What is the difference b/w Global expression of Interest and Expression of Interest ?

What channel (like website/newspaper etc) should we use to float the advertisement for Global EOI so that it reaches the foreign buyers?

Is there any special procedure that makes difference b/w Global and Normal Expression of Interest? What should be the difference in EOI notice in case of Global EOI in comparison to normal or national EOI?

Are there any tutorials/knowledge base on internet to know about global EOI process?

Regards

Can sgm of society wave unclaimed amount from defaulter member?

Society quorum for 126 members
Respected Sir/ Madam

i am a bonafide member of Eden II Group hosing Hiranandani Garden Powai Society . My question is as per bylaws 2014 edition clause 140-144 the Managing Committee must have minimum 13 member but present body consists of 8 members only and their high handedness causing a lot of problem. They take the decision which gets them some thing.

Yesterday they call SGM to waive off compound interest on one of the defaulter member whose maintenance charges crossed over 80 lacs. since we could smell some foul game we 5 members gave them the latest by law and as per that clause it is illegal and MC can not take any decision

Kindly advice

Elections 4 years back were eye wash only, same group is continuing and it is violating all the norms

Seniority issue between contract and regular appointees

Persons selected for post on contract didn't get required marks in written and interview as per policy of recruitment. 50 marks were required but no body got more than 41 marks. Also they were regularised just after one year. We were regularly appointed after three months of their regularization. Can we claim and will be granted seniority above them.

Submission of certified documents in case fixed for judgment

A case u/s 138 N. I. Act was filed by me as complainant in the year 2004. Final arguments in the case were ordered on 27.11.2014. In May, 2015, both the parties placed before the court their final arguments. After final arguments, the file was fixed for order. At that time, accused lawyer submitted an application that he wants to submit several documents which was dismissed by the court. But no order could be made and the court became vacant. Then the file was transferred to another court. In the other court, today, both the parties placed before the court their final arguments. The court fixed date of order 23.05.2016 but again, accused counsel submitted an application that he had filed photocopy of some documents in the year 2011 and now , he wants to submit certified copy of the same and pray for time. Now, the court fixed 19.05.2016 for arguments and submission of objections by the complainant. What should I do?

Amendment in main petiotion for increased Maintenance

Dear Sirs,

I would like to request for your kind advise on a query. A woman had earlier prayed for Rs. 15,000 maintenance in DV Act in her petition. The case is still in progress. Now she has proved that the husband is earning Rs. 1,00,000 per month with sufficient documentary evidence. She wants to pray for increased maintenance amount upto Rs. 30,000. Kindly advise whether she needs to amend her main petition as per CPC or she can just pray the same in arguments either by verbally or through writing. Kindly advise if it is necessary to amend the main petition by mentioning Rs. 30,000 instead of Rs. 15,000.

Your kind help is highly appreciated.

Warm Regards,
Rahul
