My wife is living with her parents for nearly 1.5 yrs. I have filed RCR petition .Now my wife is ready to stay with me but not with my parents. She is agreed to stay with me if i manage a rental house for her. But i dont want to leave my own house. Previouly, 1 yr ago she tried to commit suicide when she was staying in my house. I dont know the exact cause behind her that attempt. But she is saying tht her life is not secured here, at my house. So she cant stay here with my parents. Is there any way to force her to stay with my parents? I dont want to leave my parents. So what should i do?

Hi,
I am a tenant in a residential apartment in Bangalore. I moved into the apartment in March 2014. I am quoting a clause from the contract, "After every 11 months, the tenant has to pay 5% increase on the rent to the owner and shall renew the agreement on mutual acceptance by both parties."
The owner did not renew the contract in 26 months and sent no official intimation for increasing the rent. Now, after 26 months he is asking for arrears. He says that it is my responsibility to pay the revised rent, even if the owner does not mention. He is stating that under the above mentioned clause I should have automatically calculated the revision and paid.
I want to know if it is the tenant's responsibility to renew the contract after 11 months. Also, if it was not renewed, is the tenant liable to pay arrears?

My wife has filed a court case against me for dowry/maintainence . The entire case is an exercise to falsely implicate me. I did not take a single penny. One of her points is that I forced her to quit her job after marrying. But before getting married she had written an email to me describing herself her hobbies etc in that mail she had mentioned that she wants to quit soon as she no longer finds it exciting. I had taken a print out of that mail as that was her first mail to me ,so for reasons of heart I kept it along with me for 8 long years. My query is how can the authencity and age of that paper and mail be a acertained. Can I approach a forensic lab on my own or would the court do it on their own. Her father is a very influential person and I fear he may use his influence. The email on which I rcvd the mail is long since closed. The paper is all I have.

I booked a flat in Ghaziabad in Dec.'2012 and flat possession was promised in Sept.' 2013. But, the builder has not delivered flat against his offer for possession dated Feb.' 2015. I paid flat cost & service tax till March' 2015 except penal interest.
Due to delay in home loan disbursal by bank, I paid builder's installment dues at delay. The builder demands penal interest of Rs. 3 lakhs approx. but I can't pay this due to budget crises.
What I should do now? Please advise.
