Sr Iam undergoing trial in 498a which is totally fabricated case since last 3 years n no single evidence yet has beeen produced,how can I get ot of case ,I hv not filed any counter case and i dont want to bring her back,I am paying maint n hv two childwith wife

If someone is not graduated but cleared the company secretary exam, can join the llb course on the basis of cs degree?
Is cs degree equivalent to graduation?

one of my friend gave a complaint against her husband and his relatives to the SP on grieveince day. according to that the police registered the fir under section 498-A and the same submitted to the court. on the trail the police again submitted their report as mistake of fact. the hon'ble judge asked the objections and submitted the same. the court rejected that and said submit protest statement. what is protest statement?
if any one can suggest me on filing of protest statement.

Sub sec (d) of sec 2 of Employees Compensation Act,1923 states who are the dependants of the deceased employee. Under clause (iii),certain category of persons are stated as dependants. Kindly inform any amendments in sec 2 especially in clause d(iii) after the year 1995

I have entered into an agreement to sale for purchase of agriculture land in Karnataka but to get register the sale deed sub-registrar asking 11-E Sketch... which I applied from my sellers and the revenue department is telling that it takes minimum 3-4 months time and b y that time my agreement period will be lapsed... I am thinking to take GPA from my seller by mentioning said problem by paying stamp duty & Reg Fee as of sale deed ...
Is this GPA holds title...
After getting Sketch I will get register the sale deed on that time again I need to pay stamp duty & Reg Fee?,,,

Dear Sir/Madam,
1. undivided joint property-total 13 plots of land-partition suit at the stage of framing issues.
2. two coparceners (defendants) long back sold one plot without others consent.
3. the plaintiff (myself) suppressed this fact in the plaint to avoid litigation.
4. No defendants are mentioning this fact in the Court.
What will be the scenario at the time of partition by the Survey Commissioner?

This is in regard to seek help, recently I visited to my family in Pune, from my wife bedroom there was cigarette packet. She is staying with her mother and kid. I was not having job since 5 months. I was for searching job Bangalore Hyderabad. Now I am in Mumbai. Every expences she forced me to bear during the tenure though she was working with 34,000/- PM. From last week 4 week I am unable to express or seek help or how to act on unacceptable thing which caught in home. I asked also the kid , is anyone came in home. He said no. If she is smoking how and what to question. I am unable to accept these unsocial behaviour

False dv filed agsnt handicap husband..
Hello experts,
My wife who had deserted for 1 year now me after knowing that I am suffering from a brain disorder which got detected after 3 years of marriage, and from her maternal home she had filed a false DV case to which we will be filing our reply, kindly suggest what steps should i take now going forward?
