I have married 2.5 years back. we were together for 1 year. We were lived separately from my family.
after one year due to some family issue she left from my house. Since then me and my wife are staying separately.(from the last 1.5 years)
I tried many times to bring back her. but her parents did not allow me to speak and get back her.
Now she filed 498a, DV and section 3, 4 on me and my family. Also She filed section 354 on my brother.
Initially they spread rumor that I am impotent, when I gave a strong reply they stopped that.
Now My Wife, wife's mother and brother was spreading a rumor that I have an affair with my own sister. We have audio recording evidence for that.
I have below questions.
What counter cases I/my sister can file with above recording evidence.
She never stayed with my family. how can I exclude my family from the case.
How to get my brother out from section 354 case
Do I have any issue If she want to comeback and If I wont accept as she failed false case.
If she want to return back, and I accept,.. what all the precautions I need to take care to avoid future false case filing.
Can I say that, I cannot take back her until the case is closed.

Dear Sir, I live in a society in gurgaon, haryana. We pay maintenance charges (CAm) and also common area electricity and water charges separately as part of electricity bill.
I would appreciate if you could please answer following:
1. can society charge common area and water charges separately also in addition to Maintenance charges?
2. Ours is a penthouse, so we end up paying maximum charges.Please answer if Common area charges are supposed to be per/household or per/square feet?
3. Common area charges were not being charged separately when it was under the builder but was added up after RWA took over

Recently I filed a suit on the base of promissory note in addition I filed a petition for attachment of the properties. The proceedings are pending. the defendant take a loan on the properties of RS. 600000/-. Now the property values more than RS.5000000/- on market. The bank gives a paper publication on default of the defendant. The auction is conducted on this 21st. Due to the summer vacations my suit is adjourned to next month. I am claimed my relief is about 1000000/-. Now what I am supposed to do. If the property is sold on auction I have nothing to claim from the defendant. Please help me.

My name is Sarangapani S from Chennai. I have purchased a land in 2005 and it was registered with sub registrar after paying required stamp duty etc. Now when I went for getting the patta in my name they said the survey number has been wrongly mentioned. Unfortunately the seller/owner of the property is nor more. Pl advice how I can rectify the document

My brother had got mutation of the property in his favour on the basis of regd will in 2012.Will was got executed by him from father illegally as father had already given the same property to me via declaration suit and court decree in 1991and since then I m residing in that property. What is the legal importance of mutation particularly when property is in my possession since 1991and court decree is issued in my favour in respect of the same property in declaration suit filed by me. Can it be challanged and revoked bycourt orders? Does it confer title to property to my brother.

Recently i come to know that my brother sold property by showing settlement decree and order by Llokadalat of the year 2008.infavor of him ,as we are never attend any lokadalat and all signature in llokadalat did by other which we dont know may be my brother ccopy signature and hide some fact matter like Registered WILL And Sell deed registry on same property infront of magistrate of the lokadalat.
When raise voice about this my brother rreply me that,this is llokadalat judgement in 2008 and it cant be cchallenge upto ssupreme court.
So,i request to expert please help me with your valuable legal advise.
