my sister daughter married to a brhiman boy
she belongs to sheduile tribe,husband died recently,she his having one child.
in feature her son will be benifited from govt in ST quote.or not
her mother willing to apply for govt jobs wether she must mention in ST caterigeor or not.kindly advise.

Am married in March 2001. Please find below the following points:
1. Earlier to marriage, my wife's name was "PREMA' (includes in all certificates)
2. After marriage it was changed to
D.Manjulatha. Even in invitation also name is printed as Manjulatha
3. I have taken Aadhar card, PAN Card etc on Manjulatha only.
4. Now I want to obtain a passport on D. Manjulatha only.
5. How to get marriage certificate and does it helpful for getting passport.

Dear All,
I have purchased some products from online seller website but same are completely defective and useless. I want to take action against them both criminal and under consumer laws.
I have noted that their registered address is in Bangalore. However, the jurisdiction of courts under their conditions of sale is Delhi whereas I am residence of Gurgaon and made booking from Gurgaon.
My Queries are:
(a) Why do they have jurisdiction in Delhi when there registered address is in Bangalore.
(b) Can I file criminal and consumer complaints in Delhi, if not, then what is the appropriate jurisdiction to file complaints?
Looking forward to your guidance on this.

Dear Sir,
What to do if the plaint related to ancestral property is rejected by District court under order 7 rule 11 ?
Is it possible to appeal in the same court with corrected fresh suite with same action of cause ?
If it is possible , then what is the time limit to do so ?
I have claimed partiotion for ancestral property , which was fraudulent occupied by others in 1986. Knowing the fact in 2014, I made RTS appeal to the revenue authorities. in 2014 and at present the case is in District court and the defendant has given application under order 7 rule 11 a & d

I am Hindu.
My Grandfather has three sons: A1(eldest) ,A2 & A3 and three daughters. A1 got married with W1 in 1983. After 1 year he dead & left behind a son B1 and wife. According to family decision now A2 got married with A1's wife. They had then two daughters and one son B2. In the year 1998, A2 married with W2 of another city (city of maternal uncle). He also paid 5 laks rupees to the mother and brother of W2. (No evidence). Due to social and family pressure he left second wife and send back to her mother's home after 1 month. During this period they were living in another house bought by A2. W1 with her 4 children were living with family in the paternal house on the name of grand mother. Meanwhile A2 used to visit second wife 2-3 times in a year.Demand of money from W2 and her brothers went on increasing. Finally A2 realized the fact and left second wife W2 forever. Till then he had lost almost of his savings and land bought by him. We did not have any record and savings of father (A2). He sold two lands purchased by him in 2007 & 2009 and gave the money to second wife and her brother for living. He had a son of age 14-15 years with second wife. (We have not seen him till the death of father). After 2002 they (second wife W2 & her family did not disturb us in any way. But after death of father she along with her son and brothers came to my house, took part in funeral against my family's will. Her brother took photographs of the son and sister with dead body of father. Also took photograph of son of her sister with funeral (providing fire to dead body). When i warned him against it, they returned their home with second wife and her son along with photographs.
Now they are threatening my family on phone to give the property, house and money. According to them Father got married in court and with Hindu riti also.(we have no knowledge)
Since they are from the maternal city of my father and very close to maternal uncles, they did so (second marriage) for the wealth of my father and paternal land property. At initial time they were poor but now they have good property due to my father.
I am the son of A1, but on education certificates and voter i card my father is A2. When i was 1 year old, A1 dead. I and my family did not get any respect & money from my father A2. We were mainly helped from my maternal family. My grandfather was died before the second marriage of Father. I taught students and earned some money, got selected in engineering college. After engineering, took job in central government. I took medical facility for my second father (A2) for treatment of his Cataract , Diabetes and high BP. He was fully dependent on me since 2012 when got paralysis attack. No one from the house of second wife came to meet or helped any more. During 2012 to till date my father did not contacted them at all. They also assumed that now their game of taking money from A2 has over. So they did not visit to my home any more.
But after his death, they suddenly came and demanded for home, property and money. They have good relation with S.P. of his city (another district) according to them.
What is good for me and my family?

My wife file domectic violence case and it has been more than 3 years, i think it will take one more year to close, my question is if the order is pass for maintainence then i have to pay the maintaince for last 3 years also or only from the date of order.
Pls advice I am confused

Dear Sir/Madam,
As I am a qualified accounting professional (ICWA) and was working in a good industry as an Asstt manager-A&F,I have been interested for a job location nearby my home town, so I joined on 26.10.15 a small organization nearby home town without giving weight age to money at very lesser salary for 6 hours working a day ,at least for meeting my living expenses.
This organization appointed me as manager-Accounts and promised to pay 20,000/-PM and after 3 to 6 months an increment was committed.
After my resign from previous employer, I joined but I was very ill treated and totally abused my professional degree, as I had shifted with my family from Delhi to a city of Rajasthan, I had to compromise because of no jobs prospective/ alternative in this city/again shifting in Delhi/NCR in so short period.
This organization did not give any appointment letter and is running some business without legal formalities.. This company had also cheated many jobs looking candidates by way of calling them two to three times but actually not offering jobs even deserving candidates.
I am going to resign from this organization due to mental tension/abuse, without receiving a new job/service.
Can one expect a legal remedy /tools against such an organization to compensate one’s loss, as company cheated me in terms of very ill/puzzling working/sitting that one can expect for manager-Accounts, I have only a simple mail for joining and simple letter of working in the organization (taken after 4 months for LPG connection) and salary in bank account.

govt servant married a man having living wife
Sir,
My friend married a married man having living wife.28 years back so far no problem lived happily now my friend husband died and my friend is due for retirement on superannuation shortly .she has given his name as spouse to her office .Is there any problem in her pension settlements and is his first wife can file a case against second wife or complaint to the dept where my frienf is working and will dept can take any disciplinary action my friend.kindly give us advise your advise is valuable.kindly keep this as secret
