I am from Kerala.I was met with an accident at Bengaluru on 02/04/2016.
I was riding my car left side of the road. There was a man riding motorcycle from the opposite direction. He was in overspeed.Suddenly he slipped and we both met with an accident. He injured lightly and discharged the same day. He complaint that I was riding against the oneway .But, there is no signals showing oneway. The police filed a case against me under section IPC 279-337.
How should I handle this?

Sir as I have obtained two sesperate decrees in two sesperate suits for recovery against common defendant and now I have to file two executions petitions for each of the decree or I can file single petition for both the decrees ?

Friend is having living together relationship or married in temple without legal bindings with a married man having living wife can she give his name as spouse in her office if given will she face any problem at the time of retirement his name given as spouse not as nominee for any benidits for clarification please

Dear experts,
I had participated in a contest organised in social media.
The organizers declared me as a winner and a prize as announced in contest was due to me.
Even after four months, I am yet to receive the same.
Every time, I enquire with the company they say that it is under process.
What is the remedy in such cases?

My sister is married and she is nri lives in usa. Is she can give gift of amount more than 5lacs to her bother mother or father. Is that amount taxable.money is for business purpose . If taxable we can take as a loan in our books.then can we get rid of tax.

Greetings to all. I have been recently alloted to a public sector bank in the post of probationary officer. I am an SC candidate and was issued caste certificate in 2015.
Now my question is previously I used to stay in South 24 Parganas in Kolkata...but for a few months we shifted house and stayed in Naihati which falls under North 24 parganas here in West Bengal. It was this time when I was issued a caste certificate from the current address so my certificate shows that my address is north 24 parganas. Now, we have bought our own house and have shifted back to South 24 Parganas itself.
So, do I have to contact the caste welfare department here regarding transferring my certificate from north 24 parganas to south 24 parganas?
Will this address be of any problem during the certificate verification process? How does this caste certificate verification process takes place ? Can anyone please help. I am really worried.

Cancellation of online purchase order
I had ordered a book through online shopping. The order is confirmed. They given me estimated delivery date. But before a 3-4 days they cancelled order without giving any reason. Then I called the concern online selling website. I called then and requested to deliver the same order again but they said that we don't have the stock of such book. When I see their terms and condition I found that they are having discretionary power to cancel order at any stage. Can I file a case in consumer court. Which questions will raise.
