Hi I have recently bought a flat in Navi Mumbai and took a bank loan on it. However, Society Secretary is asking CIDCO transfer document. Can you advise what is it and how to get it done ? The intermediary we engaged is making various excuses and buying time everytime as he is paid compensation ? Can I go personally and close this ?

i have filed a 498a against my MIL,husband and 2 SIL. i m hindu and he is muslim and marriage is registered with nikah. so cant i claim my streedham??? doesnt muslim law have any amendments for women jewellery?? i dont have the bills. and all the pics of marriage are left with him. during panchnama even the cops asked them to show the marriage album so they said they threw it away. what can i do please help.

This is true condition. I had a query related to it. A land owner gives his land to people to use. People build slums over the plot. They are using it for more than 30-40 years. The original owner never turned to collect rent from these people. All the electricity bills are in individual people name. The owner sells it to a builder who goes in for development. My questions are:
1) Can the original owner sell the land?
2) Can the people having their homes on the plot claim ownership by filling a legal suit?

IF monthly rental agreement is not executed between landlord and tenant. In this case on legal grounds who is weak and how is strong

Dear Experts,
Now we realise that the debtor company, against which we received an arbitration award for non-performance, have challenged it under section 34. We are confident of winning the case,but the company does not have assets/income sufficient for a successful Execution. They are working from rented premises and have only computer hardware as assets,as far as we know.Seems the company was formed to cheat public like us.
In such case,what options we have Sirs ?

My question is how to get partition deed registered if property is in one state and parties to partition deed is in different state.
The parties to partition deed cannot travel to the state where land is situated. Can it be done by excuting power of attorney in favour of any one person for purpose of registration.

I have purchase one land in ABCD town . But due to disturb of broker, I have kept one CARE TAKER who is staying there around 08year But it occurred many times that the Care taker forcibly claim ownership of the land and refused to vacant the land. ultimately matter goes to the court.So how can I protect the land so that care taker can not claim the ownership of the land in future

One of my relative is arrested with charas drug but they are two persons in car and total quantity of chars is 1.600 kg and police divided it in both of them equally 0.800 kg each and now he is in jail and first date of charge sheet in month end. and please suggest me what we can do so our relative should not get punishment or get less punishment. this quantity of drug is greater than small quantity but less than big quantity. as mentioned in drug control act please provide your valuable feedbacks and suggestions thanking you
