Caught for drinking and being charged as "sharab peekar halla krte hue paye gaye" fine of 300 is given next day as it was asked by constable I don't have any receipt of court challan as he said he did all that is this affect my dream of government job

a case which involve buyer, saler and third party.
a person sales a plot to a buyer by making agreement through a high court order and pay 40% of total amount in cash.third party puts case in lower court on buyer as he has done agreement,for blocking pathway through the buyer plot, lower court orders in third parties favor as u cant block any one pathway.the buyer appeals in high court asking for justice . the HC order buyer to put remaining money in court treasure bank and order saler to clear buyers obligation of pathway. year pass buy approxi 11 years but still the obligation has not been cleared.
the buyer purchase plotit through legal procedure as per 1st appeal agrement made ,mutation done now put for partition but objection taken buy third party again, to mention pathway route in partion plan.
now quetion is
1. HC order in 2nd appeal of obligation of pathway is still not cleared ,can the saler take the money from the court treasure bank without consent of buyer as he has purchased the plot?
2.what is duration of court order to be cleared by opponant.if not wht is the panelty?
3. can the buyer now go in the HC FOR 3RD APPEAL or in supreme court for contempt of court done by the saler?
4.will third party get its pathway in partition plan.
5.what mistake did the buyer do in whole scenario.

in india a govt employee is told repeatedly that he is a 24 hour servant and must be forever ready for duty whenever summoned.
is this concept not promoting slavery and bonded labour that is already banned everywhere in the world?
is it not against democracy which talks about individual's freedom?
is it not against human right to privacy,and personal space?
is it not against constitutional rights?
if these are true,why should only a govt employee be singled out & deprived of his human rights while others are get comparatively more freedom?
isn't the term,"24 hours servant" degrading to an individual and hurtful of his dignity?

My Grandfather was executed hibanama in favour of my uncle, since 2006 no mutation entry yet to be taken by talathi.
Hibanama is unregistered, executed as per Muslim law,
Oral hiba under Muslim law is valid
A month ago I have applied for mutation on the basis of hibanama, but, talathi refused because there are no column in mutation register, what should I do?

Mere uncle ne ghar or jamin ke liye unke brother ke upper police case kiya mere uncle ka bolna he ki pura ghar mujhe chahiye hamne police station me javab diya ki hame pahele Jo jamin bechhi he usme hamara hissa chahiye baad me ghar or jamin ka batvara karenge to mere uncle bole mujhe police station me samadhan nahi karna he me civil court me case karunga or important ye he ki vo Jo jamin he usme mere Papa last 20 to 25 saal se khati karke gujaran chala rahe he mere uncle hamare ghar pe ya jamin pe last 16 to 17 saal se ek bhi baar ghar pe ya jamin pe kadam nahi rakhkha vo sidha dadi ma ke expired ho Jane par hissa lene aa gaye
Kabhi bhi ghar me and jamin me itne saal se ek rupees ka bhi koi karcha nahi kiya .

4.hamare pass abhi 3 acre jamin and ghar bacha he to mujhe ye bhi jaan Na he ki kya agar do Bhai samadhan karte he to five daughter bhi redi he hissa lene ke liye to unko bhi hissa Dena padega.

From 1st June 2016 Krishi Kalyan Cess is being applicable @.5% .
Krishi Kalyan Cess is applicable on all Billing from 1st June 2016 .
Please advise whether I am entitled to recover Krishi Kalyan Cess on previous debtors also .

Respected Sir,
I had joined Maharashtra Police as a Police Constable on 3.03.2003. Subsequently, I applied for the post of Asst.Security officer at Tata Memorial Hospital through proper channel. I got selected for the same and was relieved on 17.12.2007. Thus I have put up total service of 4 yrs. 9 months and 16 days without any break. Tata Memorial Hospital(TMH) is located at Parel, Mumbai and is an autonomous body under Dept. Of Atomic Energy. After joining TMH i had put up request for counting of past service. TMH had asked Mah-Police dept. to transfer gratuity amount but they denied for the same after taking advice from the Pr. Accountant General (A&E)-1(through Home Dept.). The Pr. Accountant General (A&E)-1 quoted that "Mr. AS Bhosle Ex. Police Constable is not eligible for terminal gratuity as he has served only for a period of 4 yrs. 9 months and 16 days, since as per Apendix II of the MCS (Pension) Rules 1982, a temporary govt. servant will be eligible for terminal gratuity provided he had completed not less than 5 years continuous service at the time of his retirement".
Sir, is their any possibilities of my previous service be counted for benefits. kindly advice.

Hello everyone , A few days back , I resigned from an
organization . I work for a software firm in Bangalore ,
India . I sent my resignation to my manager , cc ' ing the hr
of the company through my company ' s email ID . I have
spoken about this to my manager and he has oraly said
he would acknowledge to the mail. I have 90 days notice
period . now I feel that my manager has some other plans
in mind and he isn ' t ready to acknowledge, going through
few other posts , I thought to reply to the same
designation mail as a reminder and mentioning my last
working day according to the company policy . also I
would like to know if the company can hold me back even
after serving notice . ? any help in this regard is
appreciated. Thank you .

Hello Sir,
We are family of five children to our parents one son and 4 daughters. My father owns a property viz a piece of land of 800 sq yards in the state of telangana.my father died intestate.i am the son. when he died all were minor and thereafter we all relinquished the property in the name of our mother. after that my sisters hatched a conspiracy and got 400 yards written in their name from my mother by deceit without my knowledge. after that she was subjected to humiliation. so she wanted me to get it cancelled and i got the gift deed cancelled and she in turn executed a gift deed in my favour for 600 out of 800 including the one my sisters got from my mother. now, 2 of my 4 sisters have filed a case for partition suit and are claiming equal share. now, the case has reached examination stage. now, my query is whether once a relinquishing deed is done what right my sisters will have. 2. since the gift deed was cancelled and fresh one executed my name is it not legally correct. 3. when my father passed away all the children were minor does that not make my mother a natural guardian without relinquishing deed does she not become a owner on her own or what we done was a necessity because we lost lot of money in the process of registration.several people advised that we were cheated. now, what is the legal stand can you please clarify. if we have to share with our sisters we have a sentimental value for this property can we not tell the court that since they want to dispose it we will pay them the market value and that the property be with us. is this possible. how long will it take to settle this matter in court. can any one please suggest as we do not want dispute and my mother wants this to be settled peacefully as she is in advanced age.

Please advice me whether the following case can be fill on the basis of cheating or fraud against the govt servant who concealed material facts and because of that i am suffering mental and financial harassment.
Case Details:
1. I have been transfered on promotion as per transfer policy to another state. I am handicapped person Thereafter I challange it in H'onble CAT which give direction to me to give representation and tell your difficulty, and department was asked to decide it according to rules.
2. I gave my representation stating my physical disabilities, my family problems and on the basis of Govt guidelines on handicapped i requested exemption from transfer policy and promotion in delhi.
3. My representation were forwarded to the transfer committee of the department in which one official from personnel section take part as member without approval. And on the basis of what he shown to the other members of committee the committee recommended my transfer.
Following are the facts which the official of personnel section concealed which I came to know after court order and joining at another state now:
a) That there were vacancies available in delhi on the date of meeting. He showed only one vacancy outside delhi. Have Delhi vacancies been shown to members of committee I on the basis of guidelines might get exemption from transfer policy.
B) My representation not circulated to outside members present in the meeting through video conferencing.
Due to above concealments i have been transfered and also suffering financial losses and mental harassment. My Govt accomodation got cancelled. family residing on market rent.
Please advise whether against the above official can i file case of cheating or harassment and can claim compensation of losses that i am suffering without any fault of mine?? I have proofs of all above gathered through RTI
