Father had make will before 23 years.
There are 3 sons & 2 dayghters had given property as per will.
After 23 years it is came to notice that will is FRAUD .
Now legal heir want their share in their father property by challenging fraud will.
Whether limitation period is applicable?
Whether case is filed after 23 years?

Hello Experts,
I a Lawyer, actually i have a query regarding name change.
As i have a client he is a Muslim and he wants to change his Muslim Name to a Hindu Name. Now the point for consideration is his parents had a love marriage (his father is a Muslim & mother is Hindu). So now he says he wants to change his name to Hindu as his present name is Mohd. Ali and wants to change it to Santosh Kumar.
So to change his name do he has to change his religion, coz as of now he follows both the religion.
Need your suggestions.

Sir, I want to take a Loan from Bank but I face a one problem 17 years ago my father took a loan and before a ten years my father's loan was default and that loan account was N.P.A. in 2006. So I want to know can I eligible for taking a loan from bank? And I want to say also that my father was dead in dec. 2015.

If pan data base address change updated then will it automatically change the AO or separately apply for to change ao. Is there any problem if I continue with the same old AO even if I change the address two three times.I heard that now adys CPC Bangalore is scruitinising the e filed returns. So is there any compulsory requirement to change aO due to change in address even after updating the address change in pan database.

I need a asset backed loan .
I am a freelancer software engineer...have shopping complex ,agriculture land , apartment which is on rent ..these are my income source.
I already filled ITR for last 2 yrs showing only house and aagriculture income.
Now bank managers says go to CA he will make last 2 yrs balance sheet and projected balance sheet too. Which will help me in loan. Now i have a question 1) can balance sheet be made as i hadn't shown any business income in my ITR
