I like to get suggestion on behalf of my friend who is married and have a daugther. He used to help a prostitute with money every now and then. This lady being greedy and wanted to enjoy his wealth has filed a case against IPC 376 and 420 in Dec 2014. The bills which she had bought items for her house in Bangalore using his credit card was used against 420 that he tried to cheat and promised to marry her. She forced him to take to her to his vacant house one day in Hosur, TN(30 kms from Bgl) and that is the day it was told the she was raped under the promise that he will be marrying her. My friend was sent to JC and bail was granted after 20 days in Bangalore civil court. In the meantime the police station has requested for transfer of case to Tamil nadu. There was no progress in any level - court or police station and my friend was going for appearance in court and signing in police station every now and then as per bail conditions. Now we came to know that the case has moved to Tamil nadu. The complaint or the witness are not ready to go to Tamilnadu, They are already taking money for happy living in Bangalore by threatening my friend that they will file multiple cases against him and cancel his bail. He has paid huge amount to lawyers and police also who has shown no progress in this case. Police is not ready to make charge sheet since the incident happened in tamilnadu
Now the case is transfered to tamil nadu, but there is no official communication from court or police station to my friend on this one. He is getting call from tamilnadu police station stating that the complaint and the witness are not coming here. More over the documents are in kannada and we are not even aware what is it about. Police is asking my friend to come there so that they can close the case favourably. He is not sure who should be believed on this regard? Can you suggest what can be done on this regard ?
1. Since the complaint is already taking huge money from my friend every month they are ready to give in writing that it is a false case. Will this be valid in IPC 376 since it is non compoundable ? If yes, how it should be done? Should this be done in Karnataka court or in tamil nadu police station
2. Should he go to the hosur police station and meet them so that something favour will happen to him. In bangalore, the complaint had told that the police told him to come for some signatures and He went to meet the Bangalore police and immediately he was taken to custody. Now he is scared whether it is also a prank from Hosur police
what is the best legal and smart way to come out of this attrocious activity? His family is also suffering a lot due to tension and money loss involved in each and every step.

For change of surname/addition of surname(original/first name not changed),if I get it published in Rajasthan State Gazette on the basis of notarized affidavit, will it be legally valid for all necessary purposes in future.(I am in a private sector employment)
As I have come to know this processor from concerning Rajasthan Government deptt person on telephone.
While for Government of India gazette, the processor is different, also requires publication of name change in local newspaper and other formalities as pre requisite to publish in gazette of India.
Secondly, There is my signature bearing my full name in Hindi in bank a/c’s and others/ Ordinary records but I have to keep a different and uniform signature in English in future/henceforth everywhere ie.,in my profession, banks and all other places.(except where I have old signature). Will it be posing a problem in future?
Please guide me.

I have a Flat in Kandivali which is in my Mothers Name and she has passed away without leaving any will behind. We and 1 brother and 1 sister. Now my brother has agreed to transfer the entire flat in my name. Please let me know what documents I need from my brother for the same. The Society is asking for a Registered NOC but my agent said you cannot register a NOC buy you can go for a release deed. Please advise me the correct documents which can be registered so that I should not have problems later.

Dear Sir, My mother gifted me some agricultural land based through registered gift deeds in last few years. My brother challenged them last year by bringing an unregistered sale deed.
The unregistered sale deed was dated in 1991. It claims that my brother has given loan to my parents, in turn my mother sold him all her agricultural property. The agricultural property had life interest of my grand mother ( mother's mother) till the time of her death in 1999. He claims that he has asked my mother to register the property to his name, but she postponed it and he did not take legal action due to parental relationship. And now as she executed sale deeds, he was forced to file suit of specific performance.
Neither my mother nor me were aware of this sale deed. We are 100% sure that it was forged somehow.
Please advise us how to approach this case.
1.What is the limitation period of this document?
2.What is the basis for his argument and how are we supposed to challenge it.
I am typing translated copy of the unregistered sale agreement and notice served to us for reference.
I am daughter to my mother, the land is located in Andhra pradesh.
Please advise.

In my case,
I am for society and we have appointed the developer for redevelopment purpose. But later on the developer committed the breach of contract by not complying all the procedure and have not completed his work. So, we filed a case against society for committing the breach of contract and also asked for the compensation. As the work is left incomplete, we that means society wants to appoint the new developer meanwhile the order comes. SO my query is 1) Can we appoint the new developer during this pendency of hearing and till the compensation from the party committing such breach?
2) which section of Indian Contract Act and Code of Civil Procedure will be applicable?
3) Please give any suitable judgement based on this.

I have registered a complaint against NMBA Vashi, a trust, against harassment of my wife on three occasions through their registered email and phone. I am a life member of the trust. I am working with a central govt. PSU, from last 3 years & 3 months, suddenly yesterday, they have communicated that youer contract period ending on 30th june, will not be renewed & you should look for another job. No any reasons has been given, Company's COO has said that we have excess manpower now.Suddenly, from where the question of extra manpower comes?
I am a married man with my wife pregnant, where will I go now at this condition. What's the Labour law says in such case & how to protect my job. As, I am working at Management profile of HR Officer. Pl. help what to do, to whom to approach, what should be the legal course in this regard, as they have renewed the contract of other 7 peoples, but not mine.

Illegal commercial activities by neighbours
Dear Expert,
Request to help on the matter, as two of my neighbors have started Furniture Manufacturing Business in our street in front of our Houses, they are using heavy machine day and night to module wood, and also using spay machine to colour the raw furniture items, we have requested to stop these activities but it has no effect, we have also approached to the local police station but still no action was taken.
What are the remedies available to us to tackle this issue ?? Needed you suggestion please help.
