I want to purchase a flat in Kolkata. But i am not getting home loan. My friend has taken a home loan in his name for purchas this flat in his name. Now how can I transfer the title from his name to my name

Property to sell

Sir Myself Krishna and I am selling my flat of pimpri to the customer .after meeting with each other I agreed to sell this flat in 25 lacs and he agreed after this he have given me the token money and he said he will pay me 03 lacs Rupees after 10 days and remaining amount he will pay to me after his bank loan.
As I trusted him so I said its ok but still I m confused that I m doing right by trusting him

Quashing of fir and chargesheet

Sir,plz reply
1)When a compoundable case(IPC 341,323, 34)is settled by compromise,then is the fir and the chargesheet automatically quashed or not?
2)If not then what is the procedure to quash the fir along with the chargesheet?

flat

Hello dear expert !
I am having 2 flat with same builder but different apartment, building is 15 to 20 years old ,no society, all flat owner jointly appointed one flat owner for taking care of meintenance of building, land is on builder name. Now my question is :
If building collapse by any means what will be my legal position pls guide me.

Do i get new flat if builder builds new building free of cost? Or

I do not get flat ?

Do i have any right along with other flat owner in the land ?

Or i do not get anything does i loses all my rights? Pls guide ne

Esic

Well I have a proprietor firm nd I did all the registration in the 2008 including of epf and esic..on 2016 January I stopped my work completely due to some reason and I want to keep my firm active but at the same time I want to close epf and esic registration.. is it possible that we can run the firm smoothly after surrendering epf and esic?

Bond under CRPC 107

Sir
A false FIR has been filed against me under 336, 427 IPC. As its bailable i got bail from the concerned Megistrates Court.
But now i have recieved a Notice under CRPC 107 to maintain peace and file a bond with two sureties.
I request you to please guide me that what kind of procedure is this?? Do they are harassing me??

Regarding maintance

my wife had filed false FIR under u/s 498a and 342 and now filed 125 for maintenance in oct 2015. I have one child for 2 years who is along with her. she is well qualified (Msc. Bed) and have working experience about 9 years in pvt. school presently she is also working but has hide the truth from the court, so I want to ask you if I will not able to proof initially as she is working so what amount can be awarded by the court to her as interim maintenance if my salary is 30k, and should i have to pay it from the date of petition filed or from the date of order passed by the court.
