Sir,
I am the son of second wife can I get the job of my deceased father as all the legal heirs along with first wife and his son has no objection to it.in this case can I get job with out getting a court order.do the court accept our request to give job for second wife son?

i have filed the petition on behalf of husband against her wife to seek divorce under sectin 10 (x) of indian divorce act.
my ground against wife is
a) she has leave her matrimonail house without any reason.
b) She is having probelm of Menstrual Period and she has kept it secret from husband and after marriage the wife is not having Mestrual period.
c) she always refuse to have sex with her husband.
can i filed the medical examination of wife for not having mentstrul period and their is any latest citation on above ground of divorce for husband.

Hello Sir,
My grandfather has written a will of 4 acres land to be distributed between his 2 daughters, my mother and my aunt. But it has not been registered on their names. My mother has expired, she has 3 children, me one among them. and then my aunt needed money in emergency and so she proposed me to sell the land. We both signed a 3 months agreement with a vendor to sell the land for 5.5 lakhs. But as my aunt couldn't get the land registered under our name within 3 months, we signed a new agreement extended for 3 more months. But now I'm not willing to sell the land as it is the only memory of my grandfather and also I got amount adjusted now. So I want to get it registered under my name by paying 2.75 lakhs to my aunt for which she agreed. But the vendor is not accepting to cancel the agreement though we requested and he is saying that he will go to court regarding this. Sir, please tell me what to do now? Is it a problem to me? Will the case be on the vendor's favour? Please suggest me Sir.

For one case advocate is appointed by party. After one date- that advocate want to accept case of opposite party and leave first party. Is it ethical?

Sir, We filed the case against SBI against termination due to non disclosure of pending case at the time of joining in June 2013. But, the case reached the Hon'ble Judge on 18.06.2016 after a gap of 3 years. Bank's Lawyer filed a petition on this day and Judge gave Bank 2 weeks time to further submit supporting documents. But on 30.06.2016, as Bank's Lawyer didn't report, and his Junior reported. Judge postponed it to 4 weeks further. We are getting complications in making the case reach the Judge. My query is if Bank's Lawyer, didn't report, Cann't the judgement be given??

Dear Team,
I am residing in Chennai and i received Mortgage loan of Rs. 4 lakhs last year in Bank,same was registered with concerned Registration office towards bankers and now I applied for Rs. 2 Lacs additional loan and same has been sanctioned to me recently. Now bank officer asking me to again register for Total Rs. 6 Lacs and insisting me to pay for ths same.
Kindly clarify whether I have to pay Registration fees for Rs. 2 Lacs or for Rs. 6 Lacs.

Hi All,
Grant of family pension to married daughters is possible if her Husband is
physically disabled with 75% Disability,and she has no earning source of money .
A daughter is seeking her father pension which was exservice man and her mother and father had been died.
So is this possible to get family pension on this case ?
Mother died 10 years back ,father died 2 years back and her husband met with accident 6 years back and physcially disabled now
by Medical board .
I am aware with the rule that widow and divorced daughter can claim for family pensions, but if her husband is 75% disabled then
he is fully on bed and no earning source , so why she cant get family pension ?
So Is there any case /or court decisions on this type of case where a daughter claimed family pension if her husband in physically disabled
and family pension (her father ex army person ,both father and mother died )

Pls help me and give me some advice pls me and my gf talked to eachother 17 april night from 10 to 12:45 and then she found dead in the morning and in short pm report found dat she had consumed some suspected poison but in her hostel dre was no clue of poison found and viscera was sent to find the exact poison . and now her family blaming me for her death they are saying dat she has committed suicide bcz of me ..i have abetted her to commit suicide but we talked each other casually and planning for next meeting and some romantic talks and she havent left any suicide note against me jus police and her family saying dat bcz of my last call she had committed suicide ..and i have given two times statements to d police now pls tell me dre it can be any case made against me on d basis of last call how can i prove myself innocent even i havent done anything wrong with her i love her so much pls help me
