Can sale deed be reverted by cancellation deed or re-conveyance deed

Hi All,

X bought a property last week and got registered on his name through sale deed. Now he wants to revert the deal because of his own personal reason. So, to do that do he need to file a cancellation deed or re-conveyance deed.

X paid to vendor via cheque and the cheque amount got deposited into vendor's account. And cheque number is mentioned in the sale deed as well.
More over the person who sold the property has accepted to revert the deal.

->Please let me know how can X transfer ownership of property(land) from his name to earlier owner.

->And also let me know the stamp duty for cancellation deed and re-conveyance deed.

Compromise under section 323 341

Hello respected members

I was charged with section 323 and 341 Ipc in a cross case registered against me by the opposite party. Earlier I had filed an fir against them charging them with section 308 and 334 Ipc as I was assaulted by a metal rod on my head during a minor scuffle perpetrated by them. Now I have to go abroad for further studies and want to get disposed off from these cases. what is the best and fastest way to get an acquittal and how long does it usually take in such matters. I am open to compromise acquittal as well. Thank you for your kind advice.
